How add Work Order Description to EAM_ADD_EXIST_WOAddWOQueryRG426

Hello,
In SSM > Work Orders tab > Search for some WO and go to Detail of WO > Work Order Relationship tab > click Update Work Hierarchy button:
Select WO and choose Add Existing Work Orders > click Go button > Advanced Search for WOsL - We would like to add another new search criteria - "Work Order Description". How could I do that via personalization or is it possible?

Is there any other information you need?
Could I still use this OSS note with this version?
Also, the issue is not about the response time like mentioned in the OSS note.

Dear All,
Is there a way to indicate who performed the last accounting transaction with a Work order?
For example, Who Teco'd the order and when it was Teco'd, etc..
This allows me to create a report to show productivity of how many work orders being complete.

From PP Stand point ,if you are looking at TECO of Production order with individual person did , U can use COOIS functionality seleting Sytem Status : TECO and Give the Production Scheduler .There are lot of functionality u can use within date ranges, plant wise , material wise and u have the option to choose various lay out to generate report from COOIS.

Frame work order - Process

Hi Friends,
We are using Blanket Purchase order(Order type- FO) for purchasing materials and services for the period of 2 years.
We have one scenario, i don't know, how it will affect the Frame work Order.
The scenario is,We have FO for the quantity of 10000 Materials in the period of Nov 2008 to Nov 2010. And every month, we are calling vendor and tell him to send the material for the quantity of 100.
First situation, we need more materials i.e 500 during Nov 2009 due to market demand in that case how Frame work order works, do we need to change Frame work order?. is it possible?.
Second situation, During the month of Sep 2009, vendor is informing us that he can not give the same materials for same price due to increase in cost of materials. How Frame work order works, do we need to create new Frame work order or FO can be changed?.

First situation: not possible, you can not change the frame work order, you have to create new purchase order for 500 qty
Second situation: also not possible, for the changed price, create purchase order for the new price for the excess qty.

SSRS 2008 Work order report , in sub total donot want to add the 0 level in ( how to add the expression )

working in Work order report, this report has different level , for example
0 level transaction
1 level transaction
in subtotal don't want to add 0 level transaction,
when I did the sub total it added all the level , so in sub total amount double up because of that
how to add the expression so I can the level 0 take out from sub total , so it does not include in sub total

How do I add an order to this allocation? In changing the version 3 to version 2 for 2011, in this segment, the ZK_AR1 disappears. can you help me out how to add it? It worked fine in version 3, but disappears in version 2.. Please advise I m new to this config.....

How to find the material received in warehouse for work order through table

Dear All ,
I am creating alerting system We have requrirement that if the notification or work order is pending for 10 days then alert to be sent to planner and 20 days to his senior and 30n days to his senior
We have created FM for this every day program will run and check open work orders and notification pending for some days
Now my question in the FM I want to add fields for material receipt
Idea is say for refuebsihment order pending material is received in warehouse now when this is received alert to be send in the work order planner that material is arrived
From which tables I can track this and how to know for the alerting system that material is arrived in warehouse so alert to be send

With reference to your second point , if your looking for some alret then whenever you have goods receipt or goods issue of stock material you can have a mail triggerred through workflow .. in our project what we did was , we had a user status ALMR - All Material received and this is SET by a Z programme which checks whether all stock materials or non stock materials against the order have been received and sets the user status and this programme is run as a batch job with 30min frequency ....

How to refer the work order status value from a different transaction in the step handler?

Hi All,
I have a requirement to check the status of the work order from a different transaction before doing some logic in the current transaction. The following transactions are done to replicate the issue
1)changing the status to ONSITE to edit the work order (transaction 1)
2)Adding some information which will do some logic (transaction 2)
3)Completing the work order (transaction 3)
The transaction 2 will have some logic and will be executed only if the status is COMP but even though the status is COMP now (transaction 3) my condition check in the logic is showing as ONSITE status(transaction.status=ONSITE) and it fails. How can i get the latest status of the work order in the device? Please advice

The CompleteWorkOrderFinish sub action does have Apply action (screenshot 1) and the transaction definition (screenshot 2)of CompleteWorkOrderFix transaction with the only property Status which has the following settings (screenshot 3)
Also I am trying to add a status property in EditMeterFitDetaisl transaction and update this value with the current status of the work order using object collections filtering with key value. Please let me know if that approach can be followed. Thanks

On sales order in Tax tab when a carrier is selected, it´s only shown the field with carrier cod without his description/name.

Save this SQL Code and attach it to the Transport Name User field / any other field where you want the shipping name.

When I use $[ORDR.TrnspCode\] it refers to a field value on the form. I am presuming this is the field you are using. If your TrnspCode is in a different field. From the View Menu click System Information. This will enable you see the table and field information on the Status Bar
Use this information instead of $[ORDR.TrnspCode\]

Can anyone give me an example load script for wip_job_schedule_interface and wip_job_dtls_interface tables? The documentation has a couple of errors and if I could just see one example that works I think I could figure it out. I have an existing work order and just want to be able to add a resource using the work order interface.
Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated!!

Add order description in COOIS

Dear All,
I used TC: COOIS to obtain report from production orders, using list "Automatic goods movements".
In that report I haven't production order description, in fact description for the finished good, or semifinished good whichever production order was created.
It is possible to add this description on standard report COOIS, whitout ABAP programmer?

You will need help from your abaper on this.
The list - Automatic goods movements is based on structure - IOGOMO & this structure does not contain a field for description. There is an option to extend this structure - CI_IOGOMO. So work with your abaper on this & use the BADI - WORKORDER_INFOSYSTEM & you should be able to display the info you need.

Hi,
You can trying using Books of Business.
Create a book and add that particular user to that book and at the time of task creation, through a workflow you can assign it to the corresponding book.
This might resolve the access issue you are facing.

Oracle support　told me [When you make data of mtl_transaction_interface, give same transaction_header_id to all data. Then, you kick worker with appointed transaction_header_id. Or, you set up being uncompatible with workers].
I cannot allow that making with same transaction_header_id and being uncompatible with worker on my system.

How to update Serial Number from Work Order to Sales order in MTO flow

Helo Experts,
I have a requirement to update automatically the Serial number in Make to Order flow, from the Work order to the sales order and then to delivery.
In fact the flow is the following, when raising the sales order we don't know the SN, it will create a Work order with stock type E, when work order is released a Serial Number is assigned to the material created. After Goods receipt of WO, We need to have the SN updated in the sales order and then in the delivery.
I tried with the parameters of Serial number profile, i was not able to update from WO to Sales Order.
DO you have any idea how this requirement could be fullfiled? is it possible in standard?

If it's not on the device list, it indicates that someone has gone to Find My iPhone on icloud.com and manually deleted it from the device list (as explained here: http://help.apple.com/icloud/#mmfc0eeddd), and it has not gone back online since (which would cause it to reappear on the device list; Find My iPhone has been turned of in settings on the device; the iClolud account has been deleted from the device; or the entire devices has been erased and restored.
Unfortunately, there's no other way to track the phone other than through Find My iPhone. You could call your carrier and see if they would blackliste it so at least the theif couldn't use it.
