How am i ment to use "find my i phone" when my iphone has not yet got icloud on it. What a waste of an app. Now need to get a new phone.

You can use that app without iCloud and you don't need a new iPhone.

The silent/ringer switch and the volume control buttons stopped working, how can I fix this or do I just need to get a new phone?

One day I relalized that the silent/ringer switch on my iPhone 4 stopped working. My phone is permently silent and I can't turn the ringer on. The speakers still work so they aren't the problem. you can try the restore first to make sure it is nothing software related. makesure to back up information and restore as new. after that it is hardware if your with in the limited hardware warranty and can be replaced for free if you are not then it can be replaced for 149$ if it is a iphone 4 or lower

How can I get a new phone while under a contract?

I got my iPhone 5c in December 2013 and had to get the screen replaced about 4 months ago. It was not fixed by apple. 2 months ago it dropped again and only the top of the phone smashed, though there were no problems and the camera could still be used as well as the screen could still be seen clearly. I am in a 12 month contract and pay $90 a month for my plan. I need to get a new phone, mine won't even let me touch the screen and when it does unlock, I'm lucky to have a minute to try to do what I need before it glitches and begins pressing its own buttons and opening its own apps. I also can't answer phone calls. This is a major problem for me as I really do need my phone. I need to get a new one, how can I do this? Please help!

We're sorry to hear that your phone isn't working. It's very important to have a functioning touchscreen! Let's explore your options OK? If the phone is taken to a store, troubleshooting can indeed be done. The store representative can even contact us while you're there. Do you have insurance on the device? Or, do you maybe have a prior vzw device that can be activated until the upgrade is available? You can also check your My Verizon account to see if your line( or another line on the account) is eligible for an upgrade. VZW always has options for you.

How am I supposed to use Find My iPhone?

I do not understand how you are supposed to use Find My iPhone, FROM my iPhone.. it doesn't make sense to me.
Shouldn't there be a Find My iPhone app on the Macbook?
Also I have not recieved a verification email for my iCloud Apple ID setup.
It keeps telling me to "Check Email" yet nothing is there...
If you could help me with anything, that would be great.

you use www.icloud.com to serach for your devices from a mac or any pc via webbrowser.
or the find my iphone.app to search for your device from your second device/ a friends device.
If a mac runs 10.7.2 it will also be searchable if "find my Mac" is activated in icloud preference pane.
Again, you use any Internet-Cafe or a second PC/Mac to seach your lost devices or Macs.

you shouldn't have a problem, itunes allows up to a certain number of devices on the same account, around 10 maybe? we have 2 iphones, an ipod touch 4g and an ipod nano syncing and downloading from the same itunes account.

Hi can anybody help or advise me? I've recently bought the i-phone 4s, I've set up my apple I.D and password but everytime I try and log in it says "this apple I.D has not yet been used on the i-tunes store" I click "review" follow the instructions and agree to the terms and condition's, enter my bank details but it declines every time? The details I'm entering are correct, I choose visa as my card type, enter my card number, enter my expiry date and my last 3 digts on the reverse of the card, enter my address and zip code plus my home telephone number, click continue and it says "the payment method you have selected has been declined, please enter another payment method".
