How and Where Do I install downloadable Plugins for Shake 4.1?

I've looked on this Forum and can't find the answer to my question above. There was one answer that I found, but I wasn't sure it applied to my issue. I have downloaded some free plug ins for Shake and have no idea how to insert into the app so that they will come up as nodes in the program. Any help on this one please?

don't know how to access them either....Installing and Using Cookbook Macros.

In other words, *put this:*
/Applications/Shake/Cookbook Extras/macros/AEPreMult/AEPreMult.h
here:
~/nreal/include/startup/AEPreMult.h
*and put this:*
/Applications/Shake/Cookbook Extras/macros/AEPreMult/AEPreMultUI.h
here:
~/nreal/include/startup/ui/AEPreMultUI.h
