how are you supposed to play a photo cd on a macbook pro? when i put it in my drive, it says something like disk type not supported when i open up the dvd player. please tell me if theres some kind of software i have to download..please and thank you

when you insert the disk it should be in the side bar of finder. double clickt he disk and you should have some sort of file in it. I'm not sure what softwware was used to create the slideshow but if it's a movie you'll have to figure out what type of media it is. I think VLC media player will be your best bet to play this CD/dvd though.

If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar and Control+B to show the Menu bar
To sync to your iPod go to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Sync your iPod....>Sync You Device>Set up Syncing and follow the instructions.

Let's say, I have an Iphone 3GS and it was synced to my older pc (I know...) and it crashed and I can't retrieve my files on there. They are not taking up storage space. Apple knows you installed them at one time (="purchased", whether you paid money or not), and merely keeps a list so that if you wish to reinstall any of them on this or a future device, you can. This is useful if maybe you deleted them due to space constraints, and now have a device with more memory and wish to reinstall.
It's also useful for taking a trip down Memory Lane looking at all the useless apps you installed once then immediately deleted once you realized they were total garbage ...

I do NOT trust iCloud because it duplicated by contact book 4 to 5 times and blew up my records.
Lately I realized that my Contact Book contacts are not updated and having lesser records, and did a check. There are a lot of missing contacts, despite Synching.
I sync iPhone 5s (and iPhone 5) to Mac Contacts and I do NOT use CLOUD. Now it seems that it forces me to use CLOUD.
I don't want to use CLOUD because of the BAD experience.
I just realized that I cannot sync my iPhone 5s (&5) Contacts with Mac Contacts anymore, there is no even a button for Contacts on iTunes.
This is RIDICULOUS... Screw around someone, this company is doomed.

Syncing is NOT limited to purchases music. You do not need to purchase anything, just learn how to select and sync (not upload) thru iTunes. What does "not let me upload" mean? What is occurring when you try and what are you doing?
