I did buy it long back! and now,I downloaded the free version and it requires me to buy it again to make it pro. and NO I dont have a copy of the application with me! I juz have the backup of the app data with me! and "
MoneyPad√ " is the trial version. The original version which was Rs.220 in India when i got it was named "MoneyPad" without the mathematical symbol. Please is there any way i could get that application back?? I purchased the application and i've got all rights to own it! and what do you mean by "App developers can remove their apps from the store at any time"? So Can I upload some stupid app claiming to be something else and costing around $100 and delete it as soon as someone purchases it??

I've used "Moneypad" app to record my financial transaction for over a year and I got an update today. After updating all the icons where misplaced and there were a lot of bugs in the app. The update said "Restore original app icon". I am trying to purchase some apps from app store from different region. It says my apple ID is only allowed in north US. Is there any way I can do that?

I called apple hotline and was told it's "impossible" to purchase apps from different region outside of US. I tried to use my apple ID to purchase and came back the message saying my apple ID only valid in US region.
So I tried to create another ID to register in different region. It appears I need another credit card number and address in that region in order to register and make purchase.
I see they are selling iTunes card in Walmart. I wonder if I can buy that kind of card to use it in app store. If ..... if they sell that kind of card outside of US, can I have my friend purchase one there and use it in app store? I hope there is a way to work around this region issue. The rep I talked to know nothing and did not even try to get me a good answer for this.

You cannot use the Japanese iTunes Store unless are physically present there and have a Japanese payment method. This applies even for free apps; you cannot get them from the Japanese iTunes Store if you are in the US.
If you are in Japan, you can set up a new iTunes Store account just to get free apps. See:

1) Congratulations on purchaing an iMac. But an iMac is not considered a laptop.
2) Apps you bought for you iPhone and iPad can interchange with each other, but can NOT run on an Imac or a MacBook.
You will have to buy the same title again from the Mac App Store. When you do, you can run them on your iMac and your MacBook.

How can I purchase products from the app store while travelling outside my country of residence? We are from Canada, travelling in the USA and wish to buy a TV series but get a message to buy it from the Canadian store. When we tried to do this we got the same message.

According to the terms of sale, you have to be in your country of residence in order to make a purchase. I've heard of people able to make purchases outside their country and also of people being unable to do so. It appears that Apple's enforcement is not 100%.
In order to buy from the U.S. iTunes Store, you would need to have a valid billing address in the U.S., a credit card billed to that address or an iTunes Gift card purchased in the U.S. and be physically present in the U.S. at the time of purchase.
International copyright law is currently very inconvenient for the consumer.

Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > View Apple ID > enter your password > set Country/Region to US if your account was created in the US.
