How can a system profile shift inside applications?

I have a vintage macBook pro, running Snow Leopard, PS CS3, DW CS3. I also have an old Dell running XP and PS 7 and a lenovo Vista. I have been using i1 Display 2 for monitor calibration on the mac and the Dell they all share one Display. I replaced the display with a Dell U2412 and found the Dell monitor profile was very good on the lenovo & Dell except for the black and the next gray were both black, it did not work on the mac (no drivers?). The custom profiles looked terrible, spotty grayscale, good skin & dull primaries or over sat. skin & okay primaries. I bought an i1 Display Pro, the grayscale is perfect, skin is great primaries are good all but the blue and the mag both are soft that is to say the blue 255 B and 74 % tone in the PS info pallet is a medium cobalt blue and with no intensity as is the mag. a soft pure pink. These custom profiles (I tried many) are loaded as the system profile on the mac. I was viewing them in PS on the mac and I was in the process of e-mailing them to myself to view on the two PCs when I saw that they looked great in Mail? They also looked good in Preview?? I opened Dreamweaver and loaded a blue/mag patch (looked soft) on a webpage and put it on my site, and it looked soft in all browsers on the mac. When I say soft I mean soft! unmistakable not even close SOFT!. I looked at the web page on the lenovo with IE and it displayed correct as did the target examples I had used on the mac using the Dell U2412 profile. I then installed thei1 Display Pro software on the lenovo profiled the display from the lenovo, the targets looked correct as did the patch on the webpage using IE.
I only mention all things not mac as controls.
Recap;
The Dell U2412 is capable of displaying the colours.
The custom profile is loaded as the system profile on the mac.
The mac with custom profile displays the 2 colours correctly in Mail and Preview both native mac apps
The mac with custom profile does not display the 2 colours correctly in Safari a native mac app (actually part of the OS) also no good in PS and DW adobe products as well as all other web browsers (all 3rd party)
If you go to the Display widow of the System Preferences and change the profile, the screen and all windows in Photoshop change.
The profile is being used by PS.
The profile is being altered or corrupted in certain applications but corruption is limited to its use within those apps and does not alter the profile as it works in other apps before during and after it has been used by PS.
Has anyone experienced anything like this with any of the hardware/software listed?

Just to add something the MacBook Pro does display the 2 colours the same in preview and Photoshop only the second screen (Dell U2412) has this problem.

A hurdle :-
I have a application which has been developed in ASP .NET, Version 4.0. Help link has been created in this application wherein here the Start up page of index.htm has been linked to be read from the RoboHelp local project folder\!SSL!\Multiscreen_HTML5\desktop. All are working absolutely fine except when
I login into the above-said application -> click on the Help page -> the index.htm opens with Contents, Index, Glossary -> Am able to successfully perform any task by respective clickings
-> But I am not able to get back into my application when I click on the IE provided Back button (Alt+Left) -> Any amount of invoking Back button makes the system getting looped into this Start up page of index.htm only -> When I Close Tab (Ctrl + W) or Close ( X ) -> The window session gets closed and I have to repeat all by relogin once again.
How can I get back into my application aftermath invoking Start up page of index.htm ?
(I can always get back into the application easily by erasing those parts in the url which refers to this RoboHelp linkages – but this certainly looks non-polished work)

Hey Jeff, I used Internet Explorer 10.0.9200 and Google Chrome 26.0.1410. Alas - it is the same behavior.
(But Jeff : When I used Microsoft HTML Help as primary layout to generate chm file , My Help when launched from my Application opened in a new browser window and when I closed this Help browser window did not close my application. Looks like need to write few liner code to get this issue settled )

I have developped a stateles senterprise java bean name converter and deloyed it in the j2ee1.4 application server on the host machine A. The converterbean provides the remote home interface and remote interface. At the same time I have developped the j2ee application client named convertappclient. When I access the conveter bean at host computer A through the script 'appclient.bat' as 'appclient -client convertappclient.jar', the client can access the bean sucessfully. Now I want to access the bean through the script 'appclient.bat' at host computer B,what files should I copy from host computer A to host computer B;and what the command line should be like? Thanks!

802.11 refers to a document that specifies how wireless networking works. It goes into detail about the radio signals, frequencies, signal strengths, encoding of data, etc. From a practical standpoint, the typical person really only care about a couple of things: speed and encryption.

802.11g - describes networks that transmit 54 mbps using a 2.4 GHz radio frequency
802.11n - describes networks that transmit up to 600 mbps using 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies
n is faster than g which is faster than b. The speed of a network connection is limited to the slowest part (so, if you have an 'n' router, but your laptop only supports 'g', you get the 'g' speed).
WEP, WPA, and WPA2 refer to data encryption schemes specified in parts of the 802.11 document. With Wi-Fi, you are broadcasting your network activity over a radio, and it's pretty obvious that anyone could eavesdrop on the transmission. By using cryptography, you can scramble the data being passed back and forth so that the sender and receiver still understand the messages sent, but an eavesdropper cannot.
WEP is a very simple encryption scheme, one that the methods to decrypt the data is pretty straight-forward. It's not effective against someone that wants to intentionally eavesdrop on your activities (or access your computer) because they can use software to determine the password simply enough.
WPA and WPA2 are improvements over WEP that make cracking the password even more difficult (WPA2 being better than WPA).
The "enterprise" version of WPA2 refers to a variation on WPA2 that requires special security servers, security certificates, and other complicated systems most likely only applicable to a corporate or military environment. It's impractical for a home or small office.
To connect to a wireless network, you generally don't have to worry about the encryption used since the computer will receive a notice from the wireless network about how it is setup and use the appropriate method. It's probably good for you to pay attention whether the network you are connecting to is secure or not.
If you are setting up a network at home using a cable modem or broadband router, or even just a Wi-Fi access point, you want to set it up to use WPA2 unless you have some very old computers that only support WPA. You should avoid using WEP.

We have 10 Client Nodes in the field and we need two "View Only" functionality in Client machines located on Supervisory Desks.

I have done this. There are many ways to approach this but I will offer what I think is the easiest. This will work ONLY if you have been assigning security levels to your objects (objects that actually control devices in the field) greater than zero AND allowing a security level of zero to view all panels. When I develop interfaces I do this just for creating a non control client.
Basically, you remove all users from the Lookout client in the user manager. You will not be able to remove the built-ins, "Guest" and "Administrator". Now when the end users tries to login using his normal login he will be denied. Consequently, he will not be able to control. But, he will still be able to view all the information since a no login can view a panel with a viewing se
curity level of zero. You must ensure any pushbuttons that are used to open panels have a security level of zero.
Now you can copy this security profile by finding the lookout.sec file and copying it to another non-control client computer. In Windows NT this file is located in the system32 directory.
There are many other ways but I find this the easiest.

Be carefull with what you delete & have a backup BEFORE you start, you may also want to reboot to try to free any memory that may have been written to disk.

SSIS can only recognize the absolute path of a XML Configuration file, the relative path is not supported. Furthermore, if the XML Configuration file is already generated, we can use the Environment variable package configuration type instead so that
SSIS runtime automatically looks for the configuration file from the path defined in the environment variable. This is convenient when we need to deploy a package to different environment. We only need to define the environment variable for package configurations
once on each server, and then the variable can be used by all the packages on this server.

The custom form will be attached to Oracle apps responsibility... We are currently using forms6i.
Could you help me out to open a dialog box which provides the users to open the text files from C drive when user clicks on a button
I have attached d2kcomm and d2kwutil to the form. It complies at the form level
but still it is not showing the dialog box.
I would appreciate if you can help me in this regard.

Thats easy. Your jdk/jre are located in the App Server home directory. Just run the java command under the jdk directory with the "-version" switch and it will provide you with detailed information about your VM.
For example if you're doing it at command prompt it will be something like
