How can all users on my laptop use Adobe CC

I'm running Windows 8.1 and recently installed Adobe CC with Photoshop. It seems to work fine when I'm logged in, but when my son or wife are logged in it says it can run because it's already been installed on 2 other computers. Is it possible to run Adobe CC for all users on a laptop or am I limited to only the user that installed it?

That is correct... YOUR Adobe ID is for you, so the subscription that you purchased and installed works for YOU

Mac OS X is inherently a Multi-User system, even if you were to create only one User account on it.
Mac OS X maintains completely separate System Files, protected from most arbitrary access, and Applications and Utilities are stored there to be used by all users.
Changeable information, including Preferences that seem to be system-wide, are actually stored in User directories under:
/Users/your username/
To have multiple Users run the same programs with different settings, you must do the following:
• Nothing.
Your Mac is already set up to do exactly that.
EDIT: Allan Eckert types faster than I do, and brings up an important point.
The Applications included with Mac OS X and installed automatically are placed in:
/Applications and
/Applications/Utilities
and are available to all Users.
If you Install an Application in a User directory, it will only be available to that user.
So don't do that!
Install Applications in the standard places, which WILL require that you provide an Administrator Username and Password.

I am looking to create a website to host my YouTube videos, photographs, other information and a blog, and possibly an online store in the future. I don't know where to begin with this because I'm not sure how easy websites are to update once they have been uploaded (unless you use an online website maker).
Could someone please advise me on what software I should use (I have created a business website for someone using Muse in the past but it doesn't need regular updating), and also how I should have the website hosted?

Thanks for replying. The plan you have it would be an additional charge to add the hotspot feature. It's not free with the Nationwide plan. You would need to add the feature online at www.verizonwireless.com/myverizon

How can all the users in my computer (my kids) have access to all the photos I have in I Photo? My photos only appear when I (the administrator) log into the computer. I want my kids to be able to access them also.

For iPhoto 09 (version 8.0.2) and later:
What you mean by 'share'.
If you want the other user to be able to see the pics, but not add to, change or alter your library, then enable Sharing in your iPhoto (Preferences -> Sharing), leave iPhoto running and use Fast User Switching to open the other account. In that account, enable 'Look For Shared Libraries'. Your Library will appear in the other source pane.
Any user can drag a pic from the Shared Library to their own in the iPhoto Window.
Remember iPhoto must be running in both accounts for this to work.
If you want the other user to have the same access to the library as you: to be able to add, edit, organise, keyword etc.
Quit iPhoto in both accounts. Move the Library to the Users / Shared Folder
(You can also use an external HD set to ignore permissions, a Disk Image or even partition your Hard Disk.)
In each account in turn: Double click on the Library to open it. (You may be asked to repair the Library Permissions.) From that point on, this will be the default library location. Both accounts will have full access to the library, in fact, both accounts will 'own' it.
However, there is a catch with this system and it is a significant one. iPhoto is not a multi-user app., it does not have the code to negotiate two users simultaneously writing to the database, and trying will cause db corruption. So only one user at a time, and back up, back up back up.

Maybe I am being stupid here but using Windoze XP I have set up my daughter to use my P.c with her own account and sign-on.
So when she visits me she can "switch" user to "herself" and use my p.c with her own settings - you know what I mean, all the features that XP intends of having multiple users of the same p.c
The problem is that when she opens ITunes I want her to see the music and so on that I have purchased for her (in my XP user id) while she was away.
Seems a simple idea but I can't see how to do it.
Any ideas please ?

Save the document from his account to an external drive or thumb drive.
Set the permissions (using Finder > Get Info) for "Everyone" to Read and Write.
Your DS will likely be the owner of the file, so you may need his login password to change the permissions.

Apple IDs cannot be merged. You should use your preferred Apple ID from now on, but you can still access your purchased items such as music, movies, or software using your other Apple IDs.

I would suggest you to uninstall Adobe Reader using the cleaner tool and then re-install the latest version.

Bruce777 solved this for me, thank you Bruce! My printer now works perfectly on my new wifi network!
Bruce's instructions, for anyone else having the same issue:
- delete any previously set up printers
- scrub old hp software and update software to get the hp 2.8 drivers
- remove the usb cable from the printer if you have one connected
- reset the printer network to hpsetup (hold down the power button and press network button 2x and then cancel 3x, release power button.)
- print out the wireless network test report (hold down the network button and press the update button 2x). verify the network name / ssid is hsetup
- got to sys prefs > network and change the mac wireless network to hpsetup
- go to the sys pref > print scan
- add the HP 8000 printer
- click on the options and supplies button and click on the Show Printer Webpage
- click on the networking tab > wireless in the left pane > start network wizard and change the network from hpsetup to your network
- finish (this page may freeze up. close the browser)
- go back to the sys prefs and change the wireless network back to your networt
- go to the printer and print out the wireless network test report (press network button and update button 2x). Check that the SSID is your network
- go to sys prefs > print scan > select your printer > options & supplies > show printer webpage > network info (check ssid and compare to wireless network test report)
- try printing something to your printer. It might take a little time the first print.
