If you want to remove an old unused google account from Thunderbird.
Tools > Account Settings
select the google mail account
click on 'Account Actions'
select 'Remove account'
click on Ok to save changes and close window.

Hey Gang..
I just went thru my music collection and deleted a pile of umwanted tracks. As I have never consolidated my library (and currently dont have the disk space to do it), the 'addresses' for the deleted tracks still appear in I-tunes.
Is there some way I can use identify these tracks and then delete the entries in bulk as apposed to selecting/deleting them individually?
(have searched the site for this but could not find anything)

Be carefull with what you delete & have a backup BEFORE you start, you may also want to reboot to try to free any memory that may have been written to disk.

Lost & Found
Create a playlist called Found, select everything in Music and drag it into the Found playlist (it may take some time to count the tracks that are to be dropped). Create a smart playlist called Lost matching All the rules Playlist is Music and Playlist is not Found. Your lost tracks will be in this playlist.
Optional: It depends a bit on why things aren't where iTunes expects to find them but if they are in sensible Artist & Album folders in some common location then my FindTracks script should be able to reconnect them to iTunes. FindTracks uses some fuzzy matching routines and searches for multiple potential locations. For more details see this thread. Once you have repaired the tracks that can be found you can drag the contents of the Lost playlist into Found which will update things.
Or, you can simply delete all the tracks in the Lost playlist with Ctrl-A to select them and then Shift-Delete to delete.

Click on the inbox then Edit>Select All (if you are using Mail, if not you'll have to tell us which mail program you use) repeat in other mailboxes as needed.

Do you mean they are on the web at iCloud.com or on your PC in an iCloud client (such as Outlook)

It was tele tech. I couldn't open my Page Numbers etc. Frist tech chat idiot - following dumping few things in bin, asked me yo upgrade to Yosemite. But the problem still persists. This morning I was asked to do it via telephone and like yesterday, after wasting 20 min, I was put to this apparent Tech Queen ( my foot!). She eventually decided to reinstall Yosemite asked me to connect my external drive while I connected to her. She was moving cursor asking me to move files and delete and I followed her like a dummy. It took 3/4 hours and she called me 3 times once the lengthy process was completed. I suspected from the beginng for the fact that why should be asking me to click all my backup from the very beginning! Eventually she said I deleted... Or someone else or may be my children ! It was a blatant lie. I run my small business from home and I was simply staying in front of the Mac whole day! Children were at school. Then she said I must have used another computer! I only have laptop and the iPad. I will talk to their manager first thing in the morning. In the mean time please let me know as to how can I transfer photos, music etc back to my laptop from my Iphone and IPad .? I am will connect to laptop as I am worried the new BLANK iPhoto may supersede iphone/iPad stuff? Will it? Please let me know. I am not a very tech savvy person. This may be related to a new feature embedded in iOS7 that shows all purchased music by default. Go to Settings > Music, then turn off Show All Music. See if the issue ceases once the feature has been disabled. This information is located on page 63 of the user guide below.

Is there a particular reason why you want to delete the contacts all at once? The only way you can delete all the contacts all one time would be to wipe the device. This will complete erase all data on the phone including the contacts.
You want to make sure you backup your device uisng the desktop manager. Once you perform the wipe you can then backup your contacts using the desktop manager and just make sure to uncheck the Contacts when backing up so they are not added back to your phone.

To recover deleted data on an iPhone, users normally just perform an iPhone restore in iTunes or iCloud, restoring the device to how to was at the time of that backup.
If you don't have a backup to recover from, or you wish to retrieve your deleted call history for legal reasons or to save and refer to later, you can use smartphone recovery software to recover all deleted calls contained on your iPhone's database.

I didn't use icloud because I had 6Gb photos, and it recommended to use itunes because of that. I did the itunes backup. I don't have outlook installed. You think from windows contacts I can import them from my iphone? How? Thanks for the reply though..getting there. Itunes was deleted? Or your itunes library was deleted?
If it was just itunes, then your music should still be there. Just reinstall itunes.
Otherwise just use your backup copy of your comuter to put everything back.

I'm afraid I don't quite understand your question. All images are in your Library and only those you specifically select from that Library would be in an Album. What platform are you using? Revel Mac, Elements, web browser, etc?
