If you missed that opportunity, delete the photos on the iPhone by opening the Camera Roll and tapping the trash icon.

The devices are not designed for transfer of that kind. Use Photo Stream as suggested by another poster, or transfer photos to your computer (a good idea anyway since they will be lost if your device needs to be reset), then use iTunes to sync them to the other devices.

Pics taken with the iphone are imported to your computer as with any other digital camera ( as explained in the manual).

You can send photos from your iPhone via email, drag the photos from the email window to the desktop then open in iPhoto.
Open a photo on your iPhone then tap the share icon bottom left corner of your screen then tap Next then tap Mail. Send the photo to yourself.
Open Mail then control click the photo then click Open with then click iPhoto. If iPhoto is not available from the pop up menu click Other then navigate to the Applications folder then click iPhoto.

That is a Windows option - not a phone option. You need to modify your Autoplay options on your PC

In the meanwhile I bought an iPhone5S and I just realized that inside the iCloud backup menu is saying that there is a backup of 3GB of my old iPhone. Connect to your pc with the USB cable. Open Windows Explorer. Give it a minute to update. Navigate to Computer/iPhone. Double click the Internal Storage folder, then any DCIM folder, then any folders under DCIM. Your pix and videos taken with the phone are there. Photos will Not go between iPad & iPhone..they have to go thro' iCloud as a provider or sync via your computer individually...you need Wireless on both or a direct USB connection..
On each iPad and iPhone you can initialize via the Summary/Photos when they are connected via iTunes..

I used to sync photos to my iPhone from my old pc. Now I am using a new PC and try to get all the photos on my iPhone. I tried to use Adobe Photoshop Album, but it doesn't work. It simply can't find the photos that synced from my old pc, except that it can detect photos taken from my iPhone.

You cannot retrieve photos that were synced from a different computer. The only option is to email each photo that came from the other computer to yourself.
