How can I access alt-menu keyboard shortcuts in fullscreen?

When Firefox is not in fullscreen mode, I can access all the functions of the menu bar by pressing the appropriate alt-letter keyboard shortcut (alt-f for file menu, alt-e for edit, etc).
This seems to be disabled in fullscreen mode. So I have to get out of fullscreen, pull down the menu, and then go back to fullscreen. How can I use keyboard shortcuts to access the menu while in fullscreen mode?

Aaaaaand this is where I confess that this is a dual boot system, and I got the userChrome-example.css from the Win7 side because there was no userChrome.css file on my system. I got it from here:
/host/users/(me)/AppData/Roaming/Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles/(random alphanumeric).default/chrome

How can I set up a keyboard shortcut for 'Remove Tween' in Flash Pro CC 2014?

I'm trying to set this up, as I have in previous versions of Flash, but the 'Remove Tween' command (among other commands) is not available in the Keyboard Shortcut window.
Is there some other way to add this shortcut?

I don't think this had a keyboard shortcut even before (checked in CS6). There's an alternative though.
1. Create a JSFL file with following code and save it in the commands folder as 'Remove Tween'.
fl.getDocumentDOM().getTimeline().setFrameProperty('tweenType', 'none');
2. Now goto Edit Menu > Keyboard Shortcuts..
3. Search for 'Remove Tween' and assign a keyboard shortcut to it.
Now everytime you press the assigned key - jsfl script is executed which essentially removes the tween from selected frame. (works for Classic and Shape tween but not Motion Tweens)

How can I create a virtual keyboard shortcut in my dock?

So I started using my MacBook Pro as a device I connect to my TV. I have an HDMI adapter, and, after setting up the display and sound, it is awesome! I even purchased a Trackpad so I can sit on my couch and navigate. The cost of the adapter and Trackpad are more than paid for with my canceling of cable.
Anyway, my question is about the virtual keyboard in OS X. It doesn't happen often, but I sometimes have to type in a user name or password for sites. I know how to go through "System Preferences", "Universal Access", and then "Keyboard Preferences" to turn it on, but is there a faster way?
What I really want to know is if I can create a shortcut in my dock for the virtual keyboard?
If not, does anyone know of any third party, virtual keyboard applications that would work this way?

Okay, try this:
1. Copy KeyboardViewer.app to your Applications folder (or wherever you want it).
2. Edit this copied KeyboardViewer.app bundle with TextWrangler or a comparable text editor or a property list editor, changing a single character in KeyboardViewer.app/Contents/Info.plist so that the value for NSUIElement is 0 instead of 1.
3. Drag the new KeyboardViewer.app to the Dock.
When you want to quit the application, do so from the Dock icon. (If you click the red button--the usual way to quit KeyboardViewer when it has been invoked from the menu extra--the application will keep running facelessly in the background and you won't be able to get the KeyboardViewer GUI back again unless you kill its process or restart. All in all, quitting from the Dock icon is the quickest solution.)

Can anyone please tell me how to reset my InDesign defaults. They were working fine a while ago, but now my keyboard shortcuts don't respond. Eg Ctrl X, Ctrl V, Enter and my arrow keys.
I have reset the preferences with Alt+Ctrl+Shift, and also renamed both defaults files, but still keyboard shortcuts don't work for me.

Your user account is not named Administrator, though, is it? You probably don't have the built-in Administrator account turned on (it's off by default). See Built-in Administrator Account - Enable or Disable - Windows 7 Help Forums and Elevated Command Prompt - Windows 7 Help Forums for directions on how to turn this account on and off.
Before you do that, though, you can try some other things. Go to your current user account, as directed in the previous post, and rename the two Adobe folders, reboot and restart ID. New folders should be created, and hopefully the permissions will be correct. If the shortcuts still are not there.
If that doesn't work, delete or rename the new Adobe folders created in the previous attempt, go to Users in Control Panel and create a new user account with and make it an administrator, then log on with that account and start InDesign. If the shortcuts work, copy the Adobe folders to your original user account.
Still not working? Make sure you are logged in on your regular account. On each of the two Adobe folders in your user profile right-click and choose Properties, then the Security tab. Verify that your user and System both have full control.
Still not working? Time to activate the Administrator Account.
Set a Restore Point before you do any of this stuff, just in case....

Go to System Preferences > Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts.
Click the item Application Shortcuts in the left pane.
Then click the + button underneath the right pane. Follow the prompts. You can choose to have the shortcut applicable to all applications, or just to a single one.
Note - you can create a shortcut only for an item which is already an existing menu item.
If you want to change an existing shortcut, by selecting the appropriate software in the left pane you can change the keyboard command in the right pane - just click the keyboard shortcut at the right end of the listed shortcut.

Is there any way I can store passwords or usernames I use for websites that can be accessed via a keyboard shortcut. For example, if I'm browsing in Safari and my bank's website asks for my username, I'd like to be able to press a combination of keystrokes that would automatically enter that username.

I don't know of a shortcut to do what you ask, though I use the shortcut hotkeys manager Spark http://versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/22675 to open apps and documents. But it includes the ability to launch applescripts with hotkeys, so there might be a way to do it that way if you know how to write those.
I have several online bank accounts and how I handle the problem you outline is this. I have a Word document with the numbers and passwords of the different accounts in a list. The Document is locked but the password is a single letter for easy opening. When I go to a bank account and it asks for my user number I open the Word document and cut and paste the relevant number to the online account.
By the way it is easier for me to get to the Word document with the Bank details because using Spark I have a shortcut hotkey to access it.
