To use iCloud Drive and to work with documents, you will need the corresponding Pages, Keynote and Numbers iOS apps or third party iOS apps that support iCloud Drive to interact with those documents. I have just gotten an iPad and want to use it to retrieve documents already created on my MacBook Pro and stored in iCloud. I have set up the iCloud account on my iPad and turned on Documents & Data in Settings. How do I login to iCloud from my iPad and retrieve a stored document?

You would need to use an app to do so, such as one of the ones mentioned here: http://meetingpool.net/blog/2013/06/17/six-apps-to-view-and-edit-office-document s-on-iphone-and-ipad/, but I'm not sure which, if any, can access documents stored in iCloud.
I personally just use a free Dropbox account to access Office documents. You can upload them to your Dropbox account, then view them from within the free Dropbox app on your iPad.

How can I access documents from multiple iCloud accounts on my iPhone?

I have a business and a personal life that are both heavily influenced by my Apple products and all stay in sync via iCloud. My only issue is that in order to access both personal and business iwork documents on the go, I have to carry two iphones with me - which really is inconvenient. Of course I could just use the business iphone but then I would not be able to access my family photo stream which is very important to me.
Any help would be appreciated. I would think that there would be a simple solution to my issue but I need your help finding it.

Also check to see that iCloud is turned on in general for the phone and that you are signed in (Settings App > iCloud)

Our house was broken into this past thursday and the burglars took her ipad along with a couple hp laptops. I have since changed my apple & icloud ID and passwords, but still seeing it showing up as logged in when I go check device usage in my icloud's setting. The ipad location option was set on OFF, which means I have no way of tracking it. So How can I use icloud channel to lock it out of my icloud? I already done signing out everywhere thru icloud's adance data & security feature. Greatly appreciate for any advice you can provided.

You need to return it to the seller and get your money back. You cannot reset or use the device with another AppleID installed unless you know the password for that ID.
If the device has been jailbroken, no one on here can give you any further help...the Terms of Use prohibit us from doing so.

Photoshop is not a format. It's an application.
What you are looking at are not true JPEGs, just iPhoto's "tease" representations of the hidden images it swallowed, as explained above.
