I am using my ipad and the scrollbars don't work in my applications. Does anyone know how to change this setting?

How can I get png files to work on the iPad the same way they work for Android?

With the Android version, I can select a .png file template for a border, then select a background .png file, layer it under the border so that the background is revealed thru the frame. When I try to do this with the same .png files on an iPad it does not reveal thru the top layer. Same problem with my vector clip art not vectorized.

Thanks, just so I know we are talking about the same items please let me know - When you say "run Prokit" do you mean downloaded? Which I did. I dont have Prokit 4.0.1 if you are referring to that, do I need this first? Please explain what application name I am looking for if other than Prokit which is sitting in my "download folder" do I need to manually put it into the apps folder? Try this (assuming you're using iPhoto 12): make a temporary, duplicate copy of the library and try the three fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
delete the iPhoto preference file, com.apple.iPhoto.plist, that resides in your Home/Library/Preferences folder.
delete iPhoto's cache files that are located in your Home/Library/Caches/com.apple.iPhoto folder.
reboot, launch iPhoto and try again.
NOTE: If you're moved your library from its default location in your Home/Pictures folder you will have to point iPhoto to its new location when you next open iPhoto by holding the the Option key. You'll also have to reset the iPhoto's various preferences.
Fix #2
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys depressed and follow the instructions to rebuild the library.
Select options #1, #2 and #6.
Fix #3
Rebuild the library using iPhoto Library Manager as follows:
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
Download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
Click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option
In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments but not books, calendars or slideshows. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

If these are videos taken with your iPad, you can only add them to iCloud by adding them to a shared stream, as discussed here: http://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mmc0cd7e99.
If these were movies purchased from the iTunes store, they are already in iCloud and can be redownloaded again in many countries for free as long as the movie is still available and the studio allows it. See http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519 and iTunes in the cloud availability by country here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5085.
To be safe, import them to your iTunes library so you know you have them. To do this, connect your iPad to your computer, open iTuens and go to File>Devices>Transfer Purchases. Then you can sync them back to your iPad later if you ever need to.

I dont think there is a logic behind your requirement. If multiple persons are allowed to work on one file, then whose modification has to get saved as a final copy. Even in MS office documents also, you will be notified/prompted if you are opening at the same time some one else is already working on the same. Please clarify your requirement more.
If i presume that if you are talking about the Xcelsius output file such as word, pdf, etc.,. then it is clear that all can open the same file in read only mode except the one who is opening the same First. Anyhow they cannot modify the SWF contents. Only header or footer can be inserted.
Hope this is clear. Please revert on your exact requirement.

I-Pad Mini and Wi-Fi Connection. At one location the I-Pad Mini will not connect to wi-fi, while I-Pad and I-Phone 5 works just fine.
Then at another location the I-Pad Mini works just fine. Are there any suggestions anyone can give me to get I-Pad Mini to work everywhere just like I-Pad and I-Phone 5?

Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
    •    Launch Settings app

    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

I have already registered on iTunes but my bank account and email address are different now so I am trying to change this in order to buy an iBook. I am fast running out of patience as the iTunes 'change your account' details section says it's being updated and "sorry for the inconvenience" !
