Adding 365 won't always work because of leap years.

The title is horrible, couldn't think of how to word it.
Anyway, I want to know how I can take a date, add a few days to it, then display the resulting date.
For example, today's date is 8/20/2010. I want to be able to add 10 days to this and then display the result in a label or other output.
The label would then read 8/30/2010. If I wanted to add 15 days to today's date, the label would read 9/4/2010.
Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Another way of adding values to a date object is to set up constants, and this will make life easier if you do Date math frequently, or are adding to a date which is unknown until runtime (i.e., not neccessarily today's date).

I want to interpolate my acquired data in terms of voltage to temperature. For this i need to use polynomial equation, but i am not able to directly attach formula node to the waveform data type. I want to know how can i add formula node to waveform data, and then also have it real time.

One additional thought that may be helpful. Once you get the Y component of the waveform graph you are going to attempt to wire this into a formula node. You can do one of two things with that array. Put a for loop around the formula node and index the array into and out of the for loop. This allows you to do scalar math on the data. It is also possible to index and array in a formula node. How can i add a new link to Portal favorites?

Hi,
I have created a portal application and configured it to a porta frame work page byy adding iViews and portal pages.
I would like to display an iView as a link in the portal favorites. I have added it to portal favorites as related link. But nothing is displayed in the portal favorites when i logged in as application user.
How can i add a link to the created iView just like the "DeveloperContent" link shown in portal favorites when we login as portal administrator?

Hi Sudheesh,
The Related Links option is for Content Administrators to add links that they think will be useful for a certain page or iView...an end user can't add their own links to the Related Links iView. Also, you don't need Knowledge Management installed in the Portal for the Related Links iView to work. Also, Related Links will be available only on the pages/iViews that the Content Administrator has created them.

Portal Favorites is a nice option for end users to decide which iViews or pages they would like to be available from every Portal page.
To open new iViews/pages in a new window, rather than in the current Content Area, adjust the Workprotect mode of the portal (either the user can do it for their preference or the Administrator can do it for everyone):

I'm using Eclipse on MAC OS X.

Configure the build path of your project. Right-click on the project in Eclipse, select Properties, and have a dig around what you find there. It won't take you long. I'm not going to tell you exactly what to do, because if you try and figure it out for yourself, you'll almost certainly find out some other useful things at the same time. I am allways using a template to make documents, that I save under different names. How can I add the (changed) filename in the footer of a saved document ?
It is important to me to print the filename on document, to find and edit it on my mac later.
In MS Word it is easy to automaticaly add filenames, path, author and other filedata to the document. I can't find how to do that automatically in Pages templates.
I saw earlyer answers to this question on this community, but they don't work as I expect, or only on earlier versions of pages..... I trust there is an easy way to do this.

That function, present in "Pages 09" (i.e. Pages 4.3) , was not included in Pages 5.0-5.1. (Nor were nearly 100 other such features, from mail merge and bookmarks to non-contiguous text selection, 2-up page viewing and the ability to set alternating left/right margins, headers & footers.Version 5.1 is also notably buggy. One work around, or partial work around, is to click the file name at the top of the window document. You can then select the filename, copy it and paste it whereever you like. As far as I can see, however, there is no way to include the path: all you get is the filename and extension.
