How can I add a dictionary to when you use "Define"

When you use Define on a word in the definition bubble at the lower left is "Manage". Touch this to get a selection of Dictionaries to download.
I need to know how to add a dictionary to that list, so I can reference more dictionaries. Medical or linguistic definitions.

Thank you sounds like this is a very useful app. I would like to use Dictionary.appender, but iTunes in the USA won't allow me to download this app. Is there a way to get past this restriction and download this app here in the USA?

My iPhone is never out of my sight but if lost or stolen, I have my iPhone password protected which prevents access to any iPhone functions.

How can I add popup help messages when I mouse over a button

I haev Acrobat x 10 pro.
I'm new to acrobat and would like to set up a friendly form for people to fill in online. I'd like them to have some interactive help so that for example when they mouse over or click a button, some help text appears. I've played around with adding a text field that is hidden and then adding action items to a button to show it. This works, but my text field is shaded like a normal text field and I'd like it to look different.
Is there a better way to to this popup effect or is there a way t omake the popup look like a popup and not a text field?

I'mnot sure what you mean by shading exactly, but you can set up a text field so that it doesn't have an inset border. An alternative is to use a button to display the text. Buttons are more flexible since you can set a button icon to be anything that can appear on a PDF page (text, images, vector graphics). Also, if you use a text field, set it's default value to the text you want to display so that the field won't get blanked if the form is reset. You don't have to worry about this when using buttons.

X.509 certificates contain keys but they are hardly the same thing.    The SSH applications of SSH Communications, Inc. have X.509 certificate support builtin but I don't know if they have a client for Mac OS X. Roumen Petrov has written patches for OpenSSH that are purported to allow it to use X.509 certificates. A thread on comp.security.ssh contains a link to the source code of a utility for extracting keys from X.509 certificates and reformatting them for use with OpenSSH.
   Using the correct terminology is not only conducive to fruitful communication, it helps in using Google to search for relevant reference material. Hopefully being armed with the correct terminology will help you find the information to accomplish whatever it is you're trying to do.

How can i add to Outook 2013's ribbon using VBA and/or get a ribbon button's name within a macro?

Everything I found on Google for this question refers to Excel or Word and what they say doesn't work for Outlook.
I need to be able to do two things:
Add buttons to a custom group on the "Home" tab of the Outlook 2013 ribbon using VBA from within Outlook 2013.
Within the macro that runs when each button is clicked I want to be able to tell the name of the button that was clicked.
For #1: I cannot find any useful information online.
For #2: The idea is that I want to have a variable number of buttons like "Do 1", "Do 2", "Do 3", ..., "Do X" and each of them would run the same macro/sub and within the macro/sub I can see what the name of the button
is so I know what to do. Otherwise I'd have to create a sub/macro for each button and I'm trying to avoid that.

I've tested it on managed project, it works as expected, but it seems the *.OfficeUI file makes the VBA as an expectation.

How can one resize a cell editor when in use in a JTree?

It is possible to resize, for example, a JTextArea cell editor while it is being used in a JTable by having a document listener check the preferred height and then changing the rowHeight of the table to fit that. This gives the nice effect of the table expanding and contracting in size as required while it is being edited.
I would also like to this this for a Jtree. But one cannot reset the height of an individual JTree row, and although it can be set up to get the correct height when the editor or renderer is installed (via setRowHeight(0)), there does not seem to be a way to dynamically adjust this height while editing.
This would be very nice to be able to do. (I would say it should be required of a good tree component that it allow this).
Is there some way I am missing? It seems like there is no difficult constraint on the design of Jtree which should make this difficult in principle.

AFAIK, you cannot add more dictionaries to the collection that. Apple has provided. There is no way to add any plug ins, or enhancements to any of the built to in apps or iOS functions.

How can I change the startup language when I use the internet?

I have the macbook pro that i have just bought in Russia. The reason I bought it here is because I wanted to have both the English and Russian letters on the keyboard. Apart from that I don't care much for the Russian system, since I have always used an American version mac.
Anyway, on to the question. I have English and Russian setup as my two input languages on the computer. I know how to switch between them, and everything is fine. But, I have come across a problem that I never encountered before as all my macs have been purchased in America before this one. Every time I open a new internet window, tab, new program such as skype, it is always the Russian language that is selected, even if I have been using the American keyboard prior to that. It starts getting frustrating, especially when I get used to to typing something, and then without looking continue to type in a different page and look up to see a bunch of Russian letters making no sense.
I hope there is a solution to that, and I won't just have to get annoyed with this for the rest of my relationship with my new macbook pro!

Spry slideshow - how can i remove the title code when i use the widget??

When I insert the slideshow widget, there is code for a title. I don't need this and don't want to have to remove the code each time I use the widget.
Where can I change this permanently?

Gramps thanks for getting back to me. I went to the Widget Browser, opened the slideshow with film strip and clicked on configure.
I Disabled the sliding titles and made the main title blank. Then I saved the preset.
Unfortunately it didn't work. I tried three times. The sliding titles still appear.

Every time I open a new tab and it's done loading it gives a short "bloink" or whatever to call it.
How do I turn it off?

That must be coming from the Windows operating system, as Firefox has one sound by default - for Type Ahead Find / Find As You Type.
Unless you have an extension installed that added that sound feature, check Sounds and Audio Devices in the Win 7 Control Panel.

Hi, Do you mean to say,
You have an HTML page in which you have a text field and an add button. If you enter anything in that text field and click on Add button the text field contents should be displayed in the same HTML page and you should be able to go on entering new values into the text field and you should be able to retain and display all the previously entered values..
and finally the list of added items are not stored in the database..
If this is the case
i. Your html form should be submitted to the same page.
ii. You need to have a Vector which holds the entered values.
iii. Bind the vector object to the request object and collect the same vector object from the request and display its contents...
I think this would help...
