How can I add a subject to an email link
Hello, we have just started using Dreamweaver (V 8)
to create some basic HTML documents in our CRM system. Really
pleased with the resulst!
One thing we would like is when we have a link to send an
email is to have a subject line in the email when the user clicks
on the link.
Anyone knwo if this is posibble?

I'm not sure what you mean. When the mailto: link is clicked
all the action
takes place on the client. Spaces are immaterial there.

i create a wiki blog page on our mac server, on the blog page i add video for podcasting and i enable podcast service on wiki settings. Then i take rss link from safari and i subscribe to itunes but when itunes check my link, there isnt artwork and i cant change the rss link code cause of the link generated automaticly from java. What can i do for this problem or how can i add artwork to apple blog servers rss link ?

The rules are simple: one entry = one page
if an article needs several pages, start this article on blog entry then continue with a page made with welcome page template or blank page template.
you can change the link of the buttons "next" and "previous" to visit the pages you choose.
(select the link > inspector > Link > hyperlink > check enable as a hyperlink > choose "one of my pages" ).
Don't include these other pages in navigation menu.
(inspector > Page > Page > uncheck "include page in navigation menu"). -
How can I get to Yahoo Mail from email links on Craigslist?
I have looked through the discussions, but I am not finding anything specific to my problem. I am not using Apple Mail at all. I am using a Yahoo email account only. When I am visiting a web site and I click on a link to email someone from that site, Mail always automatically opens. I have to copy the email address, launch Safari, access my Yahoo Mail, compose a new email, and paste in that address in order to send the email from Yahoo. It's a pain.
My question is this: How can I configure my Mac to NOT automatically open Mail but rather to automatically open Yahoo as the client from which to send an email?
The best example of when I'd need to do is when surfing Craigslist. When I see an ad I want to reply to, I click the seller's Craigslist-generated email link. I want THAT link to take me to Yahoo, not Apple Mail.
Any ideas or work-arounds that will enable that to happen?There may be an solution but I don't think it will be simple and I don't know what it is.
One problem is when you say, "open Yahoo as the client." Yahoo isn't a client or application as such, it is just a web page. When you click on a "mailto" link it tells the browser to open your mail application, and Yahoo isn't an application.
The web page in [this link|http://www.tuaw.com/2006/11/07/tuaw-tip-change-your-default-browser-or-def ault-mail-client-wit> discusses some of the issues you are having. People were complaining that the only way to change your mail preferences was to actually set up an account using OSX's Mail application which was the one you didn't want to use anyway. However, the best you could maybe do using the utilities mentioned on the page is to tell your computer to set Safari as your mail application; I don't know how to get it to then go to the Yahoo website as part of the package. Maybe some kind of advanced scripting?
Edit: It looks like Yahoo also has a way of connecting directly to it using a mail application if you pay for the premium service. -
How can I add a different web-based email program to use as my default 'mailto:' function?
When I go to Settings -> Applications and click on 'mailto', I see 'Use Yahoo mail, Use Gmail, and Use other...'. I want to use the Go Daddy Workspace Webmail application, which like Yahoo & Gmail, is a web based program, but don't see any way to add that option. The 'Use other...' option is only looking for an executable file and it won't accept a web-based command.

How can I add a new Template to My Templates in Pages? I've read most of the discussions on the subject but it doesn't work for me. By the time I reach the Templates folder, I only see templates for Numbers and not for Pages. Need help, please. Thanks

Chez moi, il y en a une kyrielle en dehors des dossiers standards parce que je renomme wxcvb.template quasiment tous mes documents Pages et wxcvb.nmbtemplate à peu près tous mes documents Numbers.
Ainsi, quand je travaille sur un document, je ne suis pas ralenti par Autosave.

Thanx for your reply. No, although helpful, that's not what I meant. In outlook, the first line of the header contains the full username follow by a horizontal line. Under that, the default headers like To:, From:, Subject: etc follow.
I need that firstline printed so we know instantly from which user the email was printed (the To: field often is the same name of the sender of the mail, therefor you won't know WHO printed it...). -

So, "HD" video is too high resolution, so iTunes will not sync such videos to the iPod (although they play in iTunes). If you are asking how to set up iTunes to sync videos in general (regardless of source), please post back. -

Also, you need to use the same name as in your form. In the script you have shown here, the name of the file field is strresume, but your processing script uses this: $_FILES['uploadedfile']['name']. It should be this: $_FILES['strresume']['name'] -
