You can't do it yourself, you have to take the phone to a Nokia Care Point.
Note that the absence of a language in the phone is not a fault in the phone if it was originally intended to be sold in an area where French is not spoken, so there may be a charge for installing this language pack.
Also note that language packs installed independently of the firmware do not survive a reset or a firmware update. Therefore, if you do reset your phone or update its firmware, you will loose the language pack and have to have it reinstalled.

How do I get help reinstalling my Adobe creative suite 6 after IMAC IOS 10.8 crashed? Apple had to reinstall operating system and all programs & data were lost. Adobe System say serial number valid, but qualifying product can not be found on this computer.

When you're installing Adobe upgrades, there are two ways of doing it:
Have an existing, qualifying version already installed. Install the upgrade and enter your upgrade serial number. The installer will detect the earlier qualifying version already installed and the upgrade will finish installing. That is not your scenario.
The second option (and easiest on new computers with no Adobe software previously installed) is to simply install the latest version (usually an upgrade) and enter your upgrade serial number. That's what you've done so far.
The installer will look for an earlier version already installed on your computer. If it cannot find one, it will prompt you to enter the serial number from an earlier version. Once you enter the earlier qualifying version serial number, the upgrade installer will complete the installation. If you cannot find an earlier version serial number then the upgrade will not be licensed and will go into trial mode. From there you can use it for 30 days until it will no longer launch.

i already try above subject but the font is very ugly and make problems for my mobile and switch off by it is self many times

How can I remove an older version of Creative Suite while deploying Creative Suite 6

After you build an install package using the Adobe Application Manager Enterprise is there a way it can be deployed to upgrade an older version of Creative Suite. In my organization we do not need both versions and I have about 100 machines to deploy this to and do not want to have to uninstall the old Creative Suite before deploying the new one as that would take too much time.
I am also limited on hard drive space on many of my workstations so I would not like to have both Creative Suites taking up space.

After hours of searching in web I came to know that I have to work with Plugin programming. So I downloaded the adobe illustrator SDK CS3 and started the programming using Visual Studio .NET 2005 with the sample codes provided with the SDK. And I am still not able to find out the any solution for adding a new menu. The problem is the the documentation provided with the sample code is too short, I am not able to understand the control flow , the functions used in the sample code.
