How can I add my converted flash file to my website?

I have made a nice Keynote presentation with many transitions. I have now converted the presentation to a flash format to put on my website. Does anyone know how I can go about doing this? I am using Google's free page creator software and have not had success uploading the flash file.
Oh yea... I'm working on this project on a new base macbook with 512 ram. I've been having a recurring problem where the laptop will reboot on its own every now and than as i am trying to start the presentation in full screen. Anyone else have this problem?

There are, but not with a DVD written as a movie disk. It must be closed when completed, or it doesn't work.

How can I open an old Flash file?

A tech person and I created a show in Flash in 2004 called Black on Black / 13; I'm not sure which version of Flash we used. It was put up in the Gallery of the website of a group I headed called The Lark Ascending, and sometime between then and now it disappeared off that website. I have about half a dozen Flash files of the show, but they will not play in the current Flash player or open in the current version of Flash, both of which I own.
I have the original jpegs and music and intend to recreate this work in another program and post it on Vimeo, but it would be very helpful and time-saving if I could use the original show as a reference as it is a highly complex work, and without the reference, it will take me a VERY long time to re-create it.
Is there any way to get one of those old files to play? I have older versions of Flash and probably the player from previous Creative Suites? Should I reinstall them and try them? Is it a lost cause?

It sounds important to you, so you should try a few things.
You mention the year 2004; that was when Flash Player 7 was around. Try downloading Flash Player 7 from the archive page http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/142/tn_14266.html
Make sure to uninstall the current version first with the uninstaller linked on that page.

But how do I host it on my site, please?
Do I have to make it a different format of file, then upload it like all my other files. Also how can I reduce the amount of memory it uses, so it doesn't effect my webpage.

After Effects creates Videos therefore you need to render a video and post the video on some kind of streaming server like Vimeo or YouTube. There are presets in the Adobe media encoder for both of these hosting services that work great.
If you do not know anything about rendering video then please search rendering in the aftereffects search help field at the top right corner of the app.

OK, your reply started a thought: On my iPhone 4s: I have a Comcast email account (for years, on my business cards), and an iCloud account (relatively new). both are active on my iPhone, and MacBook Pro. When viewing a email on the iPhone, that came in to my Comcast email account, I am unable to save it in any of the MBP Comcast mailboxes. BUT if, while viewing the message (on the phone) I want to save, I click on the mailbox folder icon (bottom of the screen), THEN click on accounts tab at the top of the screen, it takes me to my Accounts. If I change to iCloud account, I can THEN move the email to a mailbox in the iCloud list; which seems to more accurately mirror what's on my MBP. a "work around" ?

How can I add an audio media file to my Pages document

I have created a Pages document on my iPad. I can add photos but not audio (there is only a Photos option) So I emailed the document to my desktop and went onto iCloud via Safari. Now i don't see the Media icon (I am in Pages beta if this is relevant). Any suggestions?

Before the new process originated I created several .issue files and sideloaded them via iTunes. I no longer have each individual article file, only the .issue files.
How am I able to get these from my MacBook to my iPad? Every explanation I've found involves creating a new folio file and obviously I'm unable to do this without the individual article files.

How do I add an MP3 music file to my website?

I have searched the web to try and find out how to add music clips to my website. I sing in several jazz groups and want visitors to be able to hear various styles of music that the bands I play in sound like. I understand that I insert the plug in icon, but then how do I get a "player" to show up and how do I set the properties to make this work? I want the visitor to click on the title of the song and then be able to hear that song. I know that the mp3 file needs to be in my assets. There isn't a lot of clear information for doing this. With DreamWeaver or any text editor you can create an HTML file that has hyperlinks to your mp3 audio files. But that would mean that the end-user would be downloading your song to their computer. If you simply want the user to play the song without being able to download I would look into the WordPress mp3 widget that you can search for online and utilize that plug-in. It is Flash based. Which means that ipad, iphone, and ipod touch users won't be able to see your song. However bringing up the point of Flash, if you know the software well enough you could create a Flash-based mp3 audio player to contain your songs and have them played over the internet. The end-user would never have to download the song, they can just push a "play" button.
I'm thinking though that you might also be able to use HTML buttons (similar to a Submit button) which uses Javascript for interactivity instead of Flash. So the end-user would click on the HTML Play button and the song would play. But you would have to know javascript for that to work properly. ipad, iphone, and ipod touch users WOULD be able to see javascript buttons and use them as opposed to Flash-based players.
