How can I add privacy to my game center?

I recently noticed that I can see exactly when a friend in game center played a game down to how many minutes ago. Is there a way I can disable this from my profile? I don't want people to see exactly when I'm playing a game.

I apologize, I'm a bit unclear on exactly what you are asking. If you are talking about changing to or using a different Apple ID in Game Center, you may find the following article helpful:
Sign in to your Game Center account using your Apple ID. If you don't have an Apple ID or another Apple account, tap or click Create New Account to create an account to use with Game Center.
You can change the account you are signed into by:
iOS: Tap Settings > Game Center.
OS X: Click the Me tab in the Game Center app and click on your Account.

You can't recover the password. If you could, I could have as well and the whole purpose of encryption would be moot. This is why it is a good practice to save the original PDF before you secure it.
If the password that you created was a really strong one (other than word 'password' or some other word) I doubt that the password recovery programs would do the work. They are usually good only for fairly simple passwords.
Acrobat X added new way of encryption that is almost impossible to crack and Acrobat XI added the password strength indicator which tells you how good the password that you're entering is.

It is the 1st time to register my apple ID to Gamer Center, I entered all my data correctly but it keep showing this message to me "This Apple ID has not yet been used in Game Center. Tap Continue to set up your account". this message appears as an endless loop.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
If your me address is your primary address and ID, you can't change it, you'll need to start a new account. Otherwise, Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.

How can I use the Messaging App & Game Center when both my wife and I are using same apple ID on our ipads?

When I try to set up my wife's messages app, it tells me the apple ID is already in use and won't let me go through with it. Also, after the IOS5 update, my wife's game center login went away and syncs to mine and we cant figure out how to get it back to hers.

You will need to create a new Apple ID for your wife. This may require a new email address too. As for Game Center, there is a sign out dialogue on the main page if you tapon your ID.

Unless the games were pre-made to allow you to specify some variables in the page code or some external file, you won't be having any luck... you cannot add code to the games unless you have the source files, which you apparently don't have.

In Summary under games it will not let me choose selected games only 'all games' and when I press sync warns that the existing games will be replaced. Clearly it ISN'T silly as it avoid issues like you are having right now. If you need more space, get an external hard drive. To me it is much sillier to only have your stuff on the iPod and no where else as the iPod, as a small portable player, is much more likely to be dropped, lost, damaged, stolen, forgotten somewhere, etc.
While I am not familiar with the use of games on the iPod (I have never bought any) you can switch the iPod to manually manage and then you can add content to your iPod without losing what is already there. Perhaps it works for games as well.
But long term, I strongly suggest you keep all your stuff in your library so if you need to (you have to perform a restore on the iPod, you lose it and buy a new one, etc.) you can very easily sync it all back to the iPod when needed.
