Whilst using my ipad on a social network site, I accidently clicked on a link and unfortunately via my ipad (i believe) a worm entered my online account and someone stole my identity, via a very secure payment company. I do not keep paswords on my computer, I have virus checkers on my pc, but this doesn't extend to my ipad and iphone, on previous forums I understood that these were safe! now I know this is not the case how can I debug both of these appliances and make them more secure and safe. (Please do not state the obvious by saying not to click on anything and regularly changing passwords) Many thanks

I don't think your laptop virus checker would have helped either. This was a theft done at the other end of the pipe. Somebody intercepted your signal. There are no viruses or Trojans that can reside on the pad and gather data and send it anywhere. From time to time there are rouge apps that make it through, but they quickly found, and get a lot of publicity. And the 'sandbox' approach means that one app generally does not have access to data from another app.
The only other comment would be, if you are using wifi at home, is your system secure? There is software and hardware around that a drive by can use to snatch your unsecured signal. Not likely if you are in any kind of remote area, but could, and I guess does happen in high population areas. If your network is open, put some. Security on it.

Another way. You can use a USB flash drive & the camera connection kit.
Plug the USB flash drive into your computer & create a new folder titled DCIM. Then put your movie/photo files into the folder. The files must have a filename with exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus the file extension (i.e., my-movie.mov; DSCN0164.jpg).
Now plug the flash drive into the iPad using the camera connection kit. Open the Photos app, the movie/photo files should appear & you can import. (You can not export using the camera connection kit.)

I am using Aji Annotater.
Because I have large amount of PDF files, I use File Sharing.
I want to add the entire folders and organize them as they are.
But, I can only select file by file basis. Although I can make a multiple choice, I can organize them in folders.

As far as I know you can't create folder in file sharing. However, the app GoodReader (which reads PDFs and other files) allows creating folders on the iPad and those folders show in file sharing. However, you can't access items in the folder nor add items to a folder. Same applies to some other apps which allow folder creation.

The time to create a rescue email address is when you set up the security questions, not after forgetting their answers.

Memory refers to RAM, and can't be increased.
I asume you mean storege space (like 16GB, 32GB, etc). It also can't be increased.
There are some wireless external hard drives that can be used with the iPad.
The Kingston Wi-Drive, which costs $50 for the 16 Gigabyte, and then $30 more for every 16 gigs more. It works by you turning it on and then accessing the files on it from an app that you download on your iDevice. You can access music, movies, and other stuff. No connections or anything, it works like a WiFi connection, you connect to it from the setting on the iPad under wireless networks.
Then there is the Seagate GoFlex, which some would recommend over the Wi-Drive. But this one costs $199 and had 500 Gigabytes of storage. It works the sameway as the Kingston: no wires, runs over its wireless connection. You can actually fit up to 300 HD movies on it.

There are not many effects available in GarageBand on the iPad. You can add reverb and echo to the Master Track, but that's it.
