How can I adjust my gps location? When I ask Siri to remind me of something when I get home, it would not work I learned by accident while taking a walk that I have to go past my driveway to the far edge of my property for location services to recognize it as my home. Can I make an adjustment to my gps?

When you say "It always reverts to the same place" what do you mean by it?
It sounds like you are using an address. If you put an address into a map program, the map program will find the address based on where the address is mapped onto the map program, which you can not adjust, and which is often somewhere around the end of a driveway or even a mailbox.
If you had a large piece of property, or if you are looking on a map program for, say, a college campus, by simply inputting the address, there has to be a single point that is assigned to that address, which is why an entrance, driveway or mailbox is often what you get as the result.
This is not related to GPS in any way.
Even if you create a location yourself, via dropping a pin, for example, you are just dropping a point onto a map - once again not related to GPS.
GPS does nothing but show you approximately where your device is currently located.

If you have several photos taken at the same location you can use the Lift&Stamp tool to copy the GPS data to the other images.
Seelct the image, press the "Lift" button, deselect all tags in the Lift&Stamp HUD but the GPS coordinates, then select all photos taken at the same place and and press the "Stamp" tool. (marked by the down arrow)
Alternately use the "Places View". You will see the photos with a GPS location marked by a pin. Drag the photos you want to assign to the same place simply to that pin on the map and they will be assigned to the same place.

I never tried importing from the iPhoto library as referenced images. I wonder if Aperture can access images stored in an iPhoto library package? Even if it would work, it sounds like a bad thing to do.
You might consider starting over and this time have Aperture manage the images. That will copy them to the Aperture library, leaving the iPhoto library untouched. This assumes you have sufficient space to make a complete copy of all the images in your iPhoto library plus another copy of each image that Aperture makes as the preview image. You can then back up your iPhoto library (two backup copies, just to be sure) then remove it from your hard drive when you start getting too low on space. As I write this I don't know where your iPhoto or Aperture libraries are/will be located so I'm assuming you have them on your HD.

If I understand you correctly, when you enter a date in the Adjust Date and Time window, the picture does not update with the date you enter. If that is the case then something is wrong with iPhoto or your perhaps your library.
How large a date change are you putting in? iPhoto currently has an issue with date changes beyond about 60 years at a time. If the difference between the current date on the image and the date you are entering is beyond that range that may explain why this is not working.
If that is not the case:
Remove the following to the trash and restart the computer and try again:
Home > Library > Caches > com.apple.iphoto
Home > Library > Preferences > com.apple.iPhoto (There may be more than one. Remove them all.)
---NOTE: to get to the "home > library" hold down option on the keyboard and click on "Go" > "Library" while in the Finder.

I, too, am frustrated. This seems like something that would easily be handled within the application software. However, none of the fixes I've been offered have been very helpful. My cousin sugested using Control C and Control V to move the text to WORD. Once in WORD, you can manipulate the text on a WORD page...sometimes. I've had good and bad luck with this method. It sounds like you are using the Define function in iBooks and you are wanting to increase the size of the font on the page showing the definition. The size of that text can be controlled in the Text Size section:
To adjust the font size, follow these steps:
Go to Settings > General > Text Size.
Drag the slider to the preferred size. The text on the screen will adjust as you move the slider.

There is nothing you can do now. There are apps available from the app store that would give you that information if installed before it was lost/stolen.
