How can I avoid printing full pages when printing a photo from my iphone to my hp envy?

Hi,
While pritning with Apple Airprint, the image will print as is..
You may find some more customization steps by using the HP Print Home & Biz app which allow some more customization of the printout:

    Hello
How can I avoid a full scan with I apply the aggregate function "MIN"
    SQL> select min(c1) from hh;
       MIN(C1)
             1
    Execution Plan
       0      SELECT STATEMENT Optimizer=CHOOSE

The table 'hh' does not have statistics. Assuming that there is an index on the column c1, statistics are computed on the table and its indexes, you may see a
INDEX (FULL SCAN (MIN/MAX)) of the index on column 'c1'.

How can I create a full page with Adobe Muse (without side space)?

Muse uses Fixed width Layouts so that is not 100% possible. You can extend images and box elements to full width but not actual content.

  • How can I scroll one full page at a time using the mouse wheel?

I've had this problem for 3 years now. When I nudge my scroll wheel (IntelliMouse Optical) one notch forward or back, Safari moves 1/4 of a page up or down. How can I get one nudge of the scroll wheel to move one full page up or down? Firefox has an add-on, SmoothWheel, that can be set to a full page. Are there any options for doing this in Safari, without having to go to the keyboard? I tried Smart Wheel, no setting for that.
    Any ideas? thanks
p.s. Please don't tell me to get another mouse, I've tried dozens of them and the old IntelliMouse Optical is the best one for me. (I'm also stuck on an ancient Apple M2980 keyboard. I love those old keyboards.)

I can't use the keyboard to scroll. I need to keep my hand on the mouse, otherwise I'd never get anything done. Since I have no problem getting Firefox to scroll one page at a time, and I'm constantly jumping between 3 browsers, it would be nice to be able to scroll a full page at a time in Safari, just like I can in Firefox. Thanks.

The latest Microsoft Intellipoint software (for mac) that comes with the mouse seems to have messed up my scrolling in Safari and Navigator.
I've tried USB Overdrive, playing with settings in system preferences, etc, nothing helps. In Intellipoint I created a Safari preference and set it to scroll one full page, but it doesn't.

    HI,
    Open System Preferences/Appearance.
You may be able to tweak the scroll functions that way.

When I go to my to my web pages, I have a full screen. That means I can't see my toolbar.. I would like to see my toolbar at the top at all time.. Can you please help me... Also, I am having trouble with popups all the time.. I downloaded the Ad-blocker from your add ons but still get them... Do I need to restart computer to make it work.. Thank you for you help...

    Hello,
You can press F11 to exit screen. I think there is an option in the View menu as well, and under the three bar menu:
    * [[Image: New Fx Menu]] > Fullscreen Mode
Which adblocking extension did you install? Adblock Plus?

  • How can I erase a full page of comments on a PDF Form I made all at once. (the comments)

I work for a Hvac Company and we make these Material lists in PDF form. I put these lists in a dropbox and they export it to there tablets. When they edit the list and email it back to me its saved on there tablet and they have to delete the one on there tablet and export a new one. They have to do this many times and it gets to tedious and time consuming. Is there a way for them to delete the whole page before it gets automaticly saved or to stop it from auto saving when they close it out. Or to keep an original copy on there tablet that wont be saved over?

If someone wants to send a PDF file via email it has to be saved first.
To delete comments in the desktop version of Adobe Reader, just select them all in the Comments panel and press Delete. That feature isn't available in the mobile apps.

  • I have made a book of my I Photo pictures. In certain layouts there is a textframe. How can I avoid the frame becoming visible in the print if I don't want to write anything? Should I just leave it or should I delete the text "Write your text here" ?

I have made a book of my iPhoto pictures. In certain layouts there is a text frame. How can I avoid the frame becoming visible in the print if I don't want to write anything?  Should I just leave it untouched or should I delete the instructing text "Write your text here"?

Most pages have layouts for pictures only or pictures with text boxes. Either select the same layout for that page but the one without the text box or put a space in the text box.
Putting a space in the text box will avoid getting the warning when ordering that there's an unfilled text box in the book. The box will not be visible in the final product.  You can and should check the book before ordering by previewing it as described in this Apple document: iPhoto '11: Preview a book, card, or calendar before you order or print it

  • How can I format the Keynote pages that I print?

How can I format my keynote pages for printing. I would like to be able to add margins, reduce the size of the slides, and change the size of the presenters noted fonts. Any ideas?

I think that the answer is lost someone in the manual.....
Use the inspector where there is a tab for the document format.

  • How can I avoid rendering objects outside of the page?

    Hi,
I have a few big objects in my webpage that stretch the boundaries of the page in preview mode. How can I avoid rendering those parts that are off the page?
    Thanks,
    Hadi

    Hi Hadi,
You need to resize the image to fit the page to avoid it rendering outside the page.

  • How can I avoid sending PS fonts to my Postscript printer

I would like to avoid sending the font information for built-in fonts like Times-Roman to my printer. Partly this saves slightly on printing time (OK maybe that is insignificant) and partly because I want to use the printer's good ideas on how to render the font.
When I print from TextEdit or MS Word, the file that is spooled in var/spool/cups appears to be a PDF file, and I guess that it contains the font information (it certainly seems to contain more coded information than I would expect just from the text I printed).
When I print the file, I have looked using tcpdump, and I can see that the Postscript file that is actually sent to the printer contains the font data. How can I avoid this so that the printer will use its built-in font?
    Regards,
    Beige G3 Mac OS X (10.3.5)

I'm not a real font expert, but...
if the PPD lists the font as being in the printer, I don't think OS X will download it. I think you should look at the PPD and see if the font is named exactly like the one you're using.
    Currently-ADDed printers have a PPD in /etc/cups/ppd.

  • Unable to print full page to 1 specific printer while other computers can.

I have 1 computer (Windows 7, 64 bit) which is unable to print full page to a Xerox Phaser 7760GX.  I have other computers (Windows 7 64 bit and Mac OSX Mavericks) which are able to print perfectly fine to the same printer.  This only happens in Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, not in other software I have tested.  The same PDF's also print to other printers without problem.
    So far I have:
Re-installed drivers (including the Xerox Generic Drivers)
Set it to print as image (which makes it full screen, but also greyscale)
What happens when I try to print normally, is assume the page is portrait.  It will print it landscape, on the right side of the page (so it takes up half the page).  It will also send out a blank page after it.  Has anyon else experienced this and come up with a different solution?

Glad you solved your problem. On Aperture 3.02 I find no expansion slider. Where is it in 3.01?

  • Can't print full page from apple home computer.

When using tynet website to fill out my paperwork from home on apple computer, firefox does not print full page. It prints about 3/4 of page.

Does Firefox cut off the text that isn't in the other part of the page, or does it overly shrink the content to fit in the smaller rectangle? In the latter case, check out: [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Problems_printing_web_pages#Prints_to_a_small_portion_of_the_page].
