Hi everyone, so i`d like to format my mac for install the new snow Leopard, so i have one iPhone with may app`s that i bought in the Apple Store, so for i format and don`t lost my app`s what can i do? Thanks a lot. Sorry for my english, i`m learning.

If you want to have access to any of your existing data on your Mac's hard drive after doing an erase and install with Snow Leopard, you need to place the data on a backup drive or some other external media including your iTunes library. After doing the erase and install with Snow Leopard, you place the data in the same location.
All iTunes data is stored in the iTunes named folder located in your Music folder. Copy the iTunes named folder and place the copy on your backup drive.
After doing an erase and install with Snow Leopard, first you will need to re-authorize your Mac with your iTunes account with iTunes. After doing so, quit iTunes and transfer the iTunes folder from your backup drive and place the iTunes folder in your Music folder. Launch iTunes and all your iTunes content will be restored as it was before doing an erase and install with Snow Leopard.

How do I backup ALL of my iPad content onto a newly purchased MacBook Air? I can't backup up apps or music from CDs through the device backup function.
First you need to authorize your MBA with your iTunes account with iTunes if you haven't already done so.
With your iPad connected and without syncing, at the iTunes menu bar go to File and select Transfer Purchases From - the name of your iPad. This will transfer/copy all iTunes content on your iPad that was purchased/downloaded from the iTunes store only.
Photos on your iPad that were transferred from your old computer need to be transferred from your old computer to your MBA.
Before syncing contacts with the Address Book and calendar events with iCal if you aren't syncing this content over the air with an iCloud account, enter one contact in the Address Book and one calendar event in iCal on your MBA. Make these up if needed, which can be deleted later. This will provided a merge prompt with the first sync for this data, which you want to select.
Photos/videos in the Camera Roll can be imported by your MBA with iPhoto or the Image Capture application. -

To update to iOS 5.0.1 you need iTunes 10.5 on your computer. When you've got iTunes 10.5 installed then connect your iPad to it and copy any purchases off the iPad to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases - that will copy off your apps and iTunes bought music, films (not rentals if they were bought directly on the iPad), tv show, ibooks, but it won't copy off music bought from other stores or music copied from your own CDs (if they are no longer on your computer then you will need to find a third-party program that can copy them off the iPad).
You should also backup the device (right-click the iPad 'device' and select 'back up'), and copy off any important documents, files, notes etc (e.g. by email, the file sharing section at the bottom of the Apps tab in iTunes, wifi, whatever the apps that you use support) - the update process should backup and restore the content but it's best to be safe.
If iTunes doesn't prompt you to update to iOS 5.0.1 on your iPad, then with your iPad connected to and selected on the left-hand side of it, then on the Summary tab on the right-hand side click the Check For Updates button.

Hold the home and power button down until your phone restarts. If that doesn't work, backup and restore using iTunes.

On the iPad open Settings/iCloud and delete the account using the button at the bottom. Once deleted log in using the other account. For iTunes Stores use Settings/iTunes & Apps Stores, tapp on the Apple ID at the top then sign out. Once done sign in using the other account. Once you are happy with the changes plug your iPad into your computer to update the backup.

Does the app show up on the App List on iTunes? If it does, then it's been saved to your iTunes folder on your hard drive. Do a search for the app, because I just don't think you can move an item from your iPad to iTunes, unless you purchased it on the iPad, which it sounds like you didn't.
You should be able to re-download the iPad version of the app, if one exists. Contact the developer, who might be able to help out.

Apple's Terms of Use for iCloud say:
No Right of Survivorship
You agree that your Account is non-transferable and that any rights to your Apple ID or Content within your Account terminate upon your death. Upon receipt of a copy of a death certificate your Account may be terminated and all Content within your Account deleted. Contact iCloud Support at www.apple.com/support/icloud for further assistance.
Basically you have no rights in his account: if you know his password you can enter the account and retrieve personal data to use elsewhere. If he had purchased music, films or apps in iTunes you cannot transfer these to your own account.
If you don't know the password it seems doubtful that Apple will allow you access to it. However as far as all these questions are concerned the authoritative answers must come from Apple so you will need to contact them as indicated above. -
How can I backup my iPad to another iPad backup I have on my same iCloud account. The old one is totally gone. Both backups are listed on my iCloud account. So is there any way I can backup the one I have now to the other one. I really just want the pictures that are in the old backup. I have tried resetting and erasing all settings and data on the one I still have, but when I go to restore by iCloud; it only gives me the choice of restoring the same iPad. Then in iCloud>storage>backup, I'm still not able to choose which backup to backup to. I've even tried deleting the backup to the iPad I still have, then resetting all setting and data on the iPad, hoping that in resetting up the iPad it would give me the option to backup to my old iPad. But it doesn't. It still has memory of the backup of my newer iPad.

You cannot use the Japanese iTunes Store unless are physically present there and have a Japanese payment method. This applies even for free apps; you cannot get them from the Japanese iTunes Store if you are in the US.
If you are in Japan, you can set up a new iTunes Store account just to get free apps. See:

Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is critical. Note that you can do this only when creating a new Apple ID. You cannot use an existing ID.
If you have moved to Japan and wish to change the country of your account permanently, you can contact the iTunes Store and ask them to clear your remaining balance. You will need to be able to provide a Japanese payment method, though.

You have to be in a country, and have a billing address in that country, to download from its store. You can try requesting that the app be added to the Slovenia store, but unless the app's developer/rights-holder agrees to it then Apple won't be able to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

Go to the iTunes Store. Scroll down to the very bottom and click the flag that is on the bottom right. Then you can select what store you want.
