Once you're on a spammer's list, there's nothing you can do to stop the flood of e-mail messages. You can either control it, using spam filtering (which is what files those messages in the Junk Mail folder), or you can throw out your e-mail address and get a new one.
It's sad, but spam is simply a fact of life at this point, and there's nothing to be done about it. Legislation has been tried, with zero success, since most spam either comes from countries with no legislation or from personal computers that have been infected with malware and are part of a "botnet."

Please disregard. I figured it out. Answer for anyone else running into this problem: You have to turn off iTunes Match on both devices. Apparently, if you activate iTunes Match it deactivates your abiltiy to direct sync.

Take a look at my FindTracks script. Download it and test it out on a few tracks first. Use the No option first time around to manually confirm each path that it wants to fix so you can see how it works. When you're happy it does what you want select a larger group of tracks to process automatically.

I wonder if we haven't misunderstood what you were asking for. Could it be that you have not a huge file, but just a huge list of names in many small files. If that's the case, you should rather use the following script instead of the previous one.
Since this script does not rename the files, make a backup of your files before running it.

You should be syncing your contacts with an app on your computer or cloud service (iCloud, Gmail, Yahoo, etc), and not relying on a backup. If you haven't been doing this, start now and then restore your old backup. You will then be able to sync the new contacts back into the phone. However, you will lose all messages, etc newer thant the backup.

Go to job details and get the PID no ,on which application number it is runnug
GO to sm51 ,here you will find the application servers,Select the appriate app server go to that PID.
On left top most you will find option as cancel with out core ..
OR

I had Opera set as my default browser since this began happening. I changed my default browser back to Firefox mainly because having Firefox open one or two seconds every time I open Opera was/is such a nuisance.
I believe this problem began because I attempted to manually transfer the files from my old computer to the new one (via the backed up files in my external drive). I was unfamiliar with Windows 7 when I did this. Microsoft changed the file set up from what I had been used to in Windows XP. I used XP for six years before being exposed to Windows 7 (I never had Vista).
I'm almost sure this problem has something to do with where I placed the application data when I was trying to reestablish the program set up on the new computer.

I can't do that as the top half of the touschscreen is unresponsive. any suggestions? teaches me to use the backup services offered in the future, but i still need a short term solution for this time.

Unfortunately, you will be unable to remove any data from the phone if the screen is unresponsive but if you are looking to transfer data to your new phone, it would have needed to be saved via the cloud first. Th AVPlayerHD works well for playing other video types. You can transfer the videos via USB in the app tab in iTunes on your computer. When you open that tab when you have you iPad connected to the computer scroll down and you will see apps listed on the left and a blank on the right. Click on the app and then click on the add button under the blank window on the right. Then navigate to the video you want to play and it will transfer it to the iPad. I have about 14 movies on mine using AVPlayerHD. works very well. Also have VLC player (before it was yanked from the app store). Works about the same.
You can also get the app Air Video and stream the video to from your computer to the iPad, and even have Theo ad connected to the tv to watch on there. I do that all the time with my iPhone. Saves time with not having to sync movies all the time.
