I just recently bought 1 x InDesign with 1 licence, but two other collegues of mine have to use the same programme, so how can I upgrade my subscription with 2 more licence?

It's not possible to upgrade an individual subscription so your colleagues should create their own Adobe ID and can then sign up for their own InDesign subscription.
Another option would be Creative Cloud for Teams: http://www.adobe.com/products/creativecloud/teams.html

There's no way to buy CS4 any longer through official reseller channels. If you can get the work done in 30 days you can use a trial, which you can download at Download and Installation Help

Yes. You have to remember that apps and music downloaded to a particular ID are forever tied to that ID. Music of course doesn't get updated but apps do and that means you can only update an app using the original ID with which it was purchased.
Just in case you aren't aware, neither can accounts be merged nor can Apps be transfered to another account.

How can I transfer a CC Indesign license to another user?

I am the IT manager so I purchased two licenses at two different times. They are all associated with my online ID. When I try to use the new license I am told that my ID is aleady in use on two computers — my desktop and laptop which I am legally allowed to do as I use them at seperate times. The problem is I cannot use the new license and when I try to create an account for the new user, I am told that the license is not associated with that user. It should not matter how many times I am signed in when I have purchased mutlitple licenses.

sspengel: absolutely! I tried those options over the phone too (I was ready to call any service anyway, so I probably tried them all at the end ! ) - only the CC service answered the phone, and actually put me on hold for 35 minutes.

You can redownload previously purchased apps from the App Store using the same Apple ID on all your authorized Macs for free.
How to re download apps from the Mac App Store:
Open the App Store. From the menu bar click Store > Sign In
Click Purchases from the top of the App Store window.
Select which apps you want to re download. Then right or control click where you see Installed then click Install.
Make sure and use the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

You can call them to see if they have some in stock. The last time I visited an Apple Store they did have unlocked iPhones in the store, but stores inventory vary.
After looking at this it seems that they do not have any in stock at the Fifth Avenue Store.

That's kind of like asking if you can buy an open-source product like Linux -- you can't buy "Linux", but you can build or buy a Linux distribution of. Simiarly, you can't buy an OpenSPARC processor, but you can build or buy an OpenSPARC implementation.
Of course, the time scale differs between open-source software and hardware. With hardware, it takes a lot longer to build your own (except with an FPGA; hold that thought for a minute). So the most viable option at the moment is to acquire one of Sun's T1000 systems. You can even get one for free for 60 days via the "Try & Buy" program (http://www.sun.com/tryandbuy/). If you're with a "start-up" company, you might also check into Sun's "StartUp Essentials" program (http://www.sun.com/emrkt/startupessentials/), which could net you special equipment discounts.
Another option is to use an FPGA evaluation board, populated with (for example) a Xilinx or Altera FPGA. You would synthesize either your own OpenSPARC derivative or a version from the OpenSPARC FPGA project (http://fpga.sunsource.net/), download the generated FPGA design to your FPGA board, and boot up the OS of your choice. Perhaps the compact Simply RISC derivative of OpenSPARC (http://www.srisc.com) is also amenable to FPGA synthesis.
As time passes, more OpenSPARC derivatives may become available as hardware implementations.

You don't need to come to the US to purchase a US iPhone. There are already thousands(estimate based on the daily posts we get here), most likely unused sitting in drawers in India right now. Just run an ad in your local paper...you most likely could purchase one or more cheap. They don't work and are all locked to AT&T, but that shouldn't matter...you'll have your US iPhone, no need to travel anywhere. Once you get it, and it doesn't work, don't bother posting here, we can't help you! .

How to reset your Apple ID security questions
Go to appleid.apple.com and click on the blue button that says 'Manage Your Apple ID'.

Here is what you should do if you do not remember the answers to your Apple ID security questions:
Try answering them at least once to see if you can get them right, even if you are not sure you remember the answers to your security questions.
If you are confident you can't remember them, try one of the following:
If you have three security questions and a rescue email addresssign in to My Apple ID and select the Password and Security tab to send an email to your rescue email address to reset your security questions and answers.
