How can I buy an album marked "partial album"?
I want to buy "30 gold bars" by Status Quo, but it is marked "partial album" instead of the price tag. I can't buy it. What does this mean? Is that going to change? Any idea is welcome!

In the iTunes USA Store, that album is listed as Partial, and only has 29 tracks (even though the title is still "30 Gold Bars"). That may be due to licensing issues.
The missing track is called "Something About You Baby I Like." Both Amazon Digital Music and eMusic have the complete album with 30 songs. Buy it at one of those.

If it is not available in your countrys itunes store, then you cannot buy it from itunes.

They are not currently available in Indonesia, so you won't be able to buy them from Apple. Do you have access to other music purchase download sites ? You can also copy your own CDs via your computer's iTunes.

Lost & Found
Create a playlist called Found, select everything in Music and drag it into the Found playlist (it may take some time to count the tracks that are to be dropped). Create a smart playlist called Lost matching All the rules Playlist is Music and Playlist is not Found. Your lost tracks will be in this playlist.
Optional: It depends a bit on why things aren't where iTunes expects to find them but if they are in sensible Artist & Album folders in some common location then my FindTracks script should be able to reconnect them to iTunes. FindTracks uses some fuzzy matching routines and searches for multiple potential locations. For more details see this thread. Once you have repaired the tracks that can be found you can drag the contents of the Lost playlist into Found which will update things.
Or, you can simply delete all the tracks in the Lost playlist with Ctrl-A to select them and then Shift-Delete to delete.

In iTunes an album is any collection of songs with the same Album title and Album Artist, or the same Artist if Album Artist is blank, or marked as part of a compilation.

You CAN have podcasts in a regular playlist IF you convert them to a standard MP3 first. So, yes, a lot of manual labor
The good news: if, like me, it is a track that you listen to frequently (in my case meditations for sleep and relaxation) then the time is worth it. I will mess with automator later to see if there is anyway to script this! Then, less work for me and more for my mac.
Here are the steps:
Select the file from your Podcast folder.
Change all data you need -- "artist," "album" etc...
Make a copy of the cover art for this file by dragging it to the desktop.
Select the Advanced -> Convert ID3 Tags menu item.
Check ID3 tag version, and select "v1.0" from the drop-down menu.
Drag the file to the desktop (this will make a copy of the MP3 on the desktop)
Delete the file from the iTunes list.
Drag the copy of the file you have on the Desktop back into iTunes.
Search for the file in the Library, and add the cover art again to the file.
Now the file is out of the Podcasts folder and works like a regular MP3 file inside iTunes. You can re-add it back to playlists! -

I keep pictures in Albums, specifically by year and then other topic albums. As a result some pictures are in several albums. Sometimes they are assigned in error. I used to be able to click on a picture and see not only the tags but the albums associated with the picture. How can I see which albums are assigned to a picture?

You can't from Apple, they don't let you buy iTunes gift cards with an Apple Store gift card. You could see if a different store in your country might let you (though they possibly won't), or try selling the card to somebody e.g. family, friend, eBay etc

so im trying to buy logic pro and just recently put enough money in gift cards on my account but every time i click buy app and go to billing info and then click ok it just shoots me to the first screen and did not charge for app how can i buy it ?
This may sound stupid, but I'm gonna throw it out there anyway. Is it possible, that if I have enough junk on my desktop it might disrupt the signal? It seems odd, but it kind of looks like my signal is strong and relatively steady now that I've cleaned my desktop. I do tend to get very cluttered. I use a lot of reference images and save text clippings to use later... it just piles up very quickly.
So, I wonder if all that extra effort my system has to do keeping up with the junk might have something to do with the drop outs?

Neither of my apple tv's will load the watchabc-watchdisney apps.
I have Centurylink. An actiontec pk5000 modem. Neither of my Apple tv's will load the abc or disney apps. They sit on the Accessing Abc screen. When I run the atv off of my iphone lte, it loads right up. I have reset, restored and all that jazz.
