How can I cancel a pre-order movie?
HI, I pre-ordered a movie a few weeks ago and I want to cancel it, wow can I do it please?
It can't be done on your iPad, you will need to log into your account on your computer's iTunes by (if you have the current version of iTunes installed) clicking on your name towards the top right of iTunes and then clicking Account Info on the popup, or you can login via the Store > View Account menu option : About iTunes Store pre-orders - Apple Support

Go to the iTunes Store. Click on your Apple ID and enter your password. Scroll down towards the end of the page, you should see a line item that says Pre-Order. You can cancel the pre-order there.

Try the "Check for Available Downloads" under the Store menu in iTunes on your computer, or the Downloads at the bottom of the screen in the iTunes app on your iPad. Your order should appear there.
