How can I cancel an accidental duplicate subscription?

Due to a security issue with my creditcard  last year, I had to order a new one. While I was waiting for it to arrive, my CC subscription was blocked. I tried to cure this, following the directions on an email from Support, but then somehow I ended up with two CC subscriptions.
Adobe Support -in a chat session- agreed to cancel the duplicate subsciption. They explicitely confirmed the cancellation at the end of the chat session. I remember that when I checked my account afterwards, it looked OK at the time. However, I notice now that I still have two subsciptions, and that I continue to be charged twice.
What can I do to cancel the accidental duplicate subscription myself? Or who at Support can I ask to do it for me? Even if I manage to get one subscription cancelled, will I continue to be charged twice? For how long? Would it be safer to cancel both subscriptions now at the same time?

I would try a Chat session with Customer Support, the same as before and see what they say, this time.
Are these two subscriptions on different Adobe IDs or two on the same one?

    I'm having the same issue, trying to move my itunes account to a new country is being a huge pain. The only way you can cancel your subscription to Itunes Match is by contacting Apple support.  Having said this, Apple support emailed last night stating that it is not currently possible to cancel my subsription to iTunes Match!  And they have no estimated time on resolving this issue. 
    I suggest, if you haven't already done so, that you check out the conditions and limitations of moving  your itunes account to a new country, plenty of information on this topic in the forums.

    Thanks for that, Ned. However it only works if you follow the general cancellation instructions. As I was cancelling within the first month I followed that alternative instruction which, as I said, lead to my going round in circles. And I still think my treatment when I tried to cancel by phone was a disgrace.

    Just turn it off on your computer and device.
    On your computer go to store in the menu bar and turn off itunes match.
    Go to your itunes account settings and make sure your not on auto-renew.
    If you want a refund you'll need to go through all of the channels of contacting apple.

    You should be able to see the duplicate subscription in your account dashboard, where we sign on to the Skype website to manage payment methods and so on.  There, you can cancel the duplicate subscription and then request a refund by contacting Skype Customer Service. 
    Please do not be discouraged if you can not reach Skype Customer Service on yoru first attempt.  Skype is aware of continuing website problems.  If you experience difficulty reaching Skype Customer Service or find yourself redirected back to the Community, please try again using a different web browser and choosing a different path through the various drop-down menu options presented.  Temporarily enabling scripts and pop-up windows may help get you through more quickly.
    Also, look to approve a pop-up dialogue box which would connect you to start an instant message chat with a customer service agent. If you have pop-ups blocked in your browser settings, this will also block reaching an agent.
    Last and not least, when you reach the last step of the process, remember to click on the "Start Chat" link when you are provided the choice of visiting the Community or starting an instant message chat with a customer service agent.

    First turn off auto-renewing subscriptions:

    Getting a refund won't be as simple. For that you will have to contact iTunes Store Support.
