    I made the order AD002886280BR, but unfortunately I didn't find ExportPDF useful to what I had in my mind. I wanted to convert other files to PDF format, not upload PDF docs. Since I'm brazilian, I don't quite undertand the terms with great accuracy and I made this mistake.     1 - You can remove your CC info from your iTunes account. Select the store in iTunes. Click on your email at the top right and log into your account. Under the CC info, you can select None and it will remove all your CC details.
    2 - Download one of the free songs from iTunes and see if it plays okay. Go to the main iTunes store and look towards the bottom. One of the boxes is labeled Free and you can get a few songs and videos as a free download.
    3 - Go to Start - Control panel - Sounds and audio devices. Select Volume - Speaker settings - Advanced...
    Select the Performance tab and set Hardware acceleration to Full.
    If the original song is still bad, you can request them to look at the song.
