How can I cancel my request to have my phone unlocked?

I went through the 'Unlock my Phone' link and happened to miss the fact that it costs £8.99! The first time I saw this was when I had completed the form and submitted it. How can I get someone at EE to cancel this request? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

How can I cancel RedKareoke? They give you explicit instructions but they do not work. They just still keep taking it out of my account. That only happens when you are running Windows in a Virtual Machine with OS X as the host. Shut down the VM and restart your Mac. Once the VM is running again and you insert a USB flash drive you should get that prompt again.

I think that as soon as you click "Buy" and type in your details, the iTunes server is alerted that you have bought the item, even if it hasn't downloaded. Your "purchased" list is based on your account and not your computer so I'm afraid even if you haven't completed the download, you will be charged for it (but if you do now download it, you won't be charged again). This also means that you can't remove items from the purchased list.

You may end up having to delete the stalled apps in order to redownload them, but in the meantime.....
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try to update again. Tap one waiting icon only if necessary to start the download stream.
Try a reboot as well - hold down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time until the Apple logo appears - ignore the red slider.
And .. You can finish the downloads in iTunes on your computer and then sync them to the iPad.

Is it possible that you are using the same password for the old O2 Study and newer O2 Apple Base Station networks?
If so, Keychain Access is storing the old information about the old network and may be associating it with your AirPort Extreme settings based on the BSSID that William has mentioned.
If that's the case, open Macintosh HD > Applications > Utilities > KeyChain Access and look for a listing with the old network name. Delete this entry. You may need to power down both the computer and the AirPort Extreme and restart them.

You can't, but after the erasure the activation lock will still be in place, so the device will be useless for anyone not knowing your apple-id and password.
