How can I cancel this membership??

I just started working for a company that has a ton of automated credit card payments for services they don't use any more.  Adobe Creative Cloud single-app for Illustrator is one of them, and I can't find anywhere in the company's account page that lets me cancel, nor can I find a phone number or place to contact customer support.  The only option I was given to contact Adobe was this forum.  Please help.

    I have the same problem. For about 1 month ago I extended my iCloud storage account (+20 GB) in order to maintain my backups for iPHONE and iPAD as my account would expire 14/10. In spite of this, I got an email 15/10, which said that iCloud was reduced to 5 GB. 2 hours later I received a new email with comfirmation on the purchase of +20 GB storage plan. However, I only have access to 5 GB on my iPad and iPhone. Called Apple Support but they couldn´t help me. Did you find any solution ?

    Once you have started the download, you have bought the app.
    You can see if you will be give a refund after the download and you receive the receipt in your email for the app. Use the Report a Problem link in the receipt to explain your issue. The receipt should arrive in 24 hours or so.

    Try deleing the download file and try again. It is located here:

    I would also disable the computer's antivirus and firewall during the download and update/restore.

    Do you mean you dont want the Single Pass button visible on the OI. The easiest way would be to change the user privileges, cant remeber  which option its in, maybe Configure, but there is a setting for the Single Pass button enabled. The User - Operator, only has the Test UUT's button available as default.

    You will need to replace the virtual bank card with another form of payment, either a real bank card or an iTunes gift card, unless you are one of the lucky few who has a None option in the payment options of their account, which would let you remove a payment option completely.
    To view your account info, open the iTunes app on your Mac, in the Quick Links on the right choose Account, after signing into your account you will see the different ares of ifo that you  can edit.

    Does anyone else have access to your account and/or devices that might be making them ?

    This looks like a change of behaviour in iTunes 12. Once songs are queued up to the Up Next list then they play whether ticked or not. If you want to skip certain songs already queued click the Up Next tool, then click the small X to the left of the song that appears when you hover over it.
