How can I change Firefox's language to En?

Even I downloaded Firefox 5.0 En-US version, Firefox's menus are in Turkish language but I want them in English-US. (File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools, Help) How can I change Firefox's language to En?

I'd like to know how I can change firefox language, without having to download and re-install it again. I read there is a way to do it, but I just can't find the language file I have to download. (I have firefox in french, and i want to set it in spanish)

You need an English language version and there is no en-US language pack in Firefox 3.6. If you do not want the download the en-US version then you can install the en-GB language and switch to that version and remove the Spanish es-ES language pack from the chrome folder in the Firefox program folder.
You can find all language pack here:

You can install language pack just like extensions.<br />
You can set the pref "general.useragent.locale" to the preferred language ("en-GB") on the about:config page.<br />
You can open the about:config page via the location bar, like you open a web site.<br />
Use the Filter bar at the top of that page to quickly locate the pref.

How can I change the display language in PSE 7 ???

PSE 7 was bundled with the new little Packard Bell I got recently. It was manufactured in Belgium Dutch language.
I've been able to change the system (Windows 7) to English language and "most" software changed with it, BUT PSE 7 stubbornly remains in Dutch.
Is there a setting in PSE 7 that I can change to get it into English?
Can I download an English language replacement without extra hassle of it expiring or ???

I have the same problem, on the PSE7 that came with the Packard Bell
bought in France. Even if I "selected" the language when the PSE was installed from "french" to "english", only the installation window changed, the program runs stubbornly in French. I would appreciated some support from Adobe

I never used this class but try to set a different locale for the object of this class (eg. in the constructor). Or does this affect the time, too?
Or use a specific DateFormatSymbols object!?

At my new job I just got a fresh copy of Photoshop and it's in German. I want my Photoshop in English but I can't switch languages under Options. There are no other language packs available in this installation. Where can I download a lanuage pack?

So I have seen that some app under their description say that they support multiple languages. I have downloaded some Japanese apps that say that they are available in english, should it automaticly change to english or is there suppose to be some in app function to change it?

If an app supports multi-language, then the app itself should have a setting for changing it to another language.
However, there is the possibility that some of these apps don't default to the current OS language, ie show English when your OS language is English. It still starts with Japanese as the default language; and the wording of "language" setting itself maybe in Japanese.
What you can do is launch google.com/translate, type into left hand panel "Settings" or "Languange Settings", then on the right hand panel, choose translate language as Japanese. Now you should see what "Settings" would look like in Japanese.
For example:
Settings ==> 設定 (I copy and pasted from Google translate)
Language Settings ==> 言語設定
English ==> 英語
American English ==> 米語
and so on. Or you can look to see if there's anyway to contact the app developer and ask them where have they placed the language settings.
