How can I change format of date in pages?

Hello,
can anybody tell me, how I can change the format of date & time in pages? I use pages 5.1 and Mavericks 10.9.2
Right click isn't working anymore.

I just upgraged to Maverick and tne new iWorks suite, with Pages 5.2
You have to use the Menu, Insert date and time - which defaults to Full mode. Then double click to change each date and remove the time. The challenge is that I no longer have an option for US date formats in Pages, table
I am stuck with UK format as that is where I am and my system profile is
Hence, I cannot automatically enter a US date format for my US clients.
The table cells now default to the new setting.
This is painful
Any ideas?

You can't. It has never been an available feature in any Pages version. you have to rotate the content on the page.

My Problem:
I would like to change the Creation Date of a Video-File (mts-Format). I don't no why but the date (in Metadata) is wrong and i would like it to change. If i change it in Photoshop Elements the Date (Edit... Change Date...) it seems that the date has changed, but in reality in the Metadata is still the wrong date (see attachment).
Why this ist important for me:
The Adobe Revel (Online-Album) takes always the date from the metadata which is wrong.
Any idea how i can resolve my Problem?

I just ran into the same problem. Except that after a while Adobe will undo the changes I have made to the date.
Here's a screen shot I just made of one of the files.

If I reverse salary it says voucher already posted
I do not think we can reverse accounting entry posted by SAP.

So, i have bad news for you : you'll have to rebuild again.
Meanwhile i have excellent news for you : there's an online tool made by Johannes Henseler called Sidecar xml which builds the necessary xml file for you, sort of what you find in the Digital Publishing Folio Editor website, but saves it in your Folio folder.
Next time you import all your folder (with that file), it will place all the necessary information, and even reorder the articles.
Build once, play many times.

Can you change format for dates shown in edit bar

Hello,
I am trying Numbers out as a replacement for Excel. But there is one annoyance that I don't like. I have a date column (formatted as a UK date DD/MM/YY).
However when I select the date to edit it the date shown in the formula/edit bar is shown with the month in character form, e.g. 04 Jul 09.
I find this annoying and I want the date shown there as an all digits date like with the value displayed in the cell.
Does anyone know if I can change this? If so how?

NO. In the index page. I figured out that we can change the space and text formate.
I am preparing a bokk with 1 chapter and 13 section.
SO, in the index page it is showing like 1.1, 1.2.......1.10, 1.11 so on; on the left hand side and page numbers on the right hand side.
Can i take out the numbers on the left and have only the section name and page number?

How can I change the view in Show Page Source from one long line to a more readable view

When using Develop --> Show Page Source in Safari 6.0.1 I get a view of the html that is just one long line. I can scroll along to the right but it is not very easy to use.
It seems to me that when I first used this feature I had a formatted view, that is the text was broken into separate lines and was easier to read.
But I think I clicked on something and it change to one line. I can't find a way to change it back.
Is anyone familiar with this? Or can point me to more information about Show Page Source formatting?

Oh, I see the problem.
The one long line view only occurs when I'm viewing a page locally on my own computer. (When I choose Show Page Source for any page on the internet the display is formatted normally.)
So obviously if I want to see the code in my own files I can just go open them in the text editor. I used to use View Page Source (previous version of Safari) as a shortcut for a quick peek. If there is a solution to this formatting thing for local files I'd love to know it, otherwise I'll just put it on the you-can't-do-that-anymore list.
