HOW can I change Indesign's default 'New color Swatch'?

It always comes up as 100C, 100M, 100Y, 100B and I usually have to drag all the sliders down to zero. BLACK in particular is the one that bugs me because a new color swatch is NEVER going to have 100% black unless you want a black swatch - you get a black swatch with every document whether you want it or not so what's the point?

You new swatch will start with whatever the definition is of the currently highlighted swatch in the panel.

Hi and thanks. The password on the old iCloud account doesn't work and my ex-husband says he doesn't know what it is -- and that he's not getting emails to reset the password. I tried using the rescue questions and even the birthdate isn't working. I think he's changed it to keep me out, but it's charging my credit card account.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
First change it with Apple, Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account
Then change it on your device. In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
When you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.

How can I change iTunes 11 default view?

I really DO NOT LIKE th new iTunes, but I guess I'm stuck with it since I was dumb enough to download it. At least I hope I can change the default view from Albums (totally useless to me) to Songs so I don't have to go through manually changing it each time I open iTunes. I know it can be done in Windows, but how do I do it in Mac? BTW, I'm still using Snow Leopard. Thanks.

First there are no workbooks. All our queries are presented on the portal.
I made the change in the query itself but the default of 'hierarchy nodes' remained. It can be changed to 'single values' at runtime via the context menu, but it's annoying our users to constantly do so.
Second, it makes perfect sense to want to see single values for a characteristic by default and a hierachy optionally. These are customers or sales agents - normally we just want their name- optionally we want to see their organizational structure.This worked fine in 3.x.

If I go to Application Shared Components | Definition | Template Defaults I can see the default page template used by my application. One would think that this is the place to change the default template if wanted to change it, but NOOOOOOO..., like many other things ApEx that's not the way you do it. (An example is the order of columns in an interactive report... all those up/down arrows in there mean nothing if ApEx sets the column default order differently from what you set in the query source or the report attributes section. Nope. You have to log into the application as a developer, edit the column order in your interactive report, and save your report as the default, and THEN you'll get your ordering right. What are these ApEx developers thinking I just don't know...)
I've search around the forums but I haven't found my answers (perhaps I haven't searched hard enough).
So, how do I change the default page template for all pages in my application?

...and once there, if you click on any of the templates looking for a way to set any of them as the default you'll be looking all day. You see the default column with check marks... why not implement the ability to check/uncheck defaults right there?
Alas, if you click on Edith Theme <no>, then you can set the default template. It's a little link to the right under Tasks.
My bad for still not understanding the way the ApEx interface works. It certainly isn't intuitive to me, but that's just me. Hopefully I'll get better.

Go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and provide the password (if using iOS 7), then sign back in with the ID ("email sign in") you want to use.

Using ical how can I change different events to different colors?

I am new to using ichat and I want to be able to use one calendar but label different events different colors (green work, blue exercise, yellow appointments..) can I do this? If I can't how do I combine the different calendars into one, so I can reference it at one time and not have to go between the different calendars?

You can colour calendars. You can't change the colours of different events within a calendar. You don't have to keep switching between calendars - you can have any number of calendars within iCal, all different colours, and have them all show at once so the effect is the same as what you are asking for. Just select the appropriate calendar when you create an event.

Yes, you can change default fonts here:
orange Firefox button ''or'' Tools menu > Options > Content tab
The center drop-down lets you set the default font and size. The Advanced button lets you set the default for particular font styles. "Serif", "Times New Roman", "Arial" and "Courier New" are good choices for Windows users.

How can I change filenames on my new Zen

Yesterday I have bought a Zen V and put most of my CD-collection on it last night. I did not transfer the albums to my laptop, but just to the Zen. I named the albums before ripping them (with Zen V series Media Explorer). Afterwords I wasn't happy with some of the naming I did and wanted to change a few. I did so in the Media Explorer and expected to see the changes in the Zen screen as well. But no, the original given names were still there! I've tried many things and looked around here, but can't find out how to do this!!! There might be a simple solution....does anyone here know it's??Til from Holland?

You can't merge IDs, but if you want to change the ID:
For iMessage, go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive, tap the ID sign out, sign back in using the new ID.
For FaceTime, do the same thing in Settings>FaceTime.
For Purchasing, do this in Settings>iTunes & App Store.
For iCloud, start by saving your photo stream photos to your camera roll by opening your My Photo Stream album, tap Select, tap all the photos you want to save, tap the share icon (box with upward pointing arrow), then tap Save to Camera Roll. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and provide the password and choose Keep on My iPhone when prompted, then sign back in with your new ID and choose Merge to upload your data.
