I seem to have one email address ([email protected] ) showing on my iphone, but the email attached to the itunes on my pc (and my store credit card) is [email protected]

Sign out of your Apple ID under Settings - iTunes & App Stores, and then enter the new ID you're using with the pw.

It's a little tricky to move data from one iCloud account to another but it can be done. But what makes you think you have 2 iCloud accounts.

you can't change the backup folder as far as I know, but you can choose to move backups. The information you need can be found in this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4946
Where iTunes backups are stored on your computer
The folder where your backup data are stored varies depending on the computer's operating system. Make sure the backup folder is included in your periodic data-backup routine.
iTunes places the backup files in the following places:
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/
Windows XP: \Documents and Settings\(username)\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\
Note: To quickly access the Application Data folder, click Start, and choose Run. Type %appdata% and click OK.

The procedure you describe is putting content from two different IDs into a single library, which can readily be done.
However, each item of purchased content will still be tied to the ID from which it was originally purchased, and they will be treated separately for purposes of Cloud, Match, Purchase History, etc.

You can't currently transfer an account's balance from one account to another, nor can you use it to gift content. You shoudl be able to use your old account on your new phone, it's generally best just to have the one iTunes account

For a couple of years we have been using a third party company to edit and submit our podcast feeds to itunes. They have been doing this using their own itunes account. After changing things round a little, I have now created an itunes account for our company and want to transfer the current live feeds from the other guys account to my new account but I have no idea how to do this. It's not currently possible to transfer an account's balance from one account to another account, nor to use it to gift items to another account. Also any content that was bought/downloaded via your account will remain tied to your account, so your account will need to be authorised on the computer that he will be syncing to, and only your account will be able to re-download that content and/or download updates to those apps.

I have home sharing activated on my mom's computer and mine and before the newest version of itunes, we were able to click and drag songs from one users' library into the other. We are not able to do that now and I wanted to know if there was a way to do this in the newest version of itunes.

Not completely clear on what you are trying to do, but I will take a shot.
1. If you do not want to continue using your son's account on the old phone, factory reset it and set it up with your Apple ID. It will be like you have a new phone.
1. To prevent a problem with your son's backup, connect the newly-reset phone to the computer and cancel the sync immediately. Rename the old iPhone immediately and you will not have to worry about messing up your son's backup.

This is just another reason why I detest the Apple ecosphere. I'm now forced to use an iCloud address for a minor. Steve Jobs has an awful lot to answer for. Most of it bad.

My icloud is linked to my husband's icloud. How can I change it so that my itunes email address shows up and not my husband's? All my apps also go to his phone. None of my pics, or apps were saved on my phone. I think because it has his itunes info.

My husband and I traded phones a week ago. Now I have my phone back. So when I got my # back I tried to recall all my stored data via icloud but nothing except contacts was retrieved. At ATT they said they could tell that I have over 200 photos but we couldn't recover any of them. They said all I had to do was recall them from icloud. But it didn't work. Now my husband says every time I download a new app it also gets it. We share the same itunes account but different icloud accounts. So what can I do? I made an appointment with the genious bar at the Apple Store but I am anxious to try to fix it before my appointment time in 2 more days. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Welcome to the Apple Community.
To begin with, I would like to try to explain Apple's confusing nomenclature in regard to iCloud.
Apple have called the whole cloud thing iCloud, there are a number of features under the iCloud umbrella, some of which require their own login. iTunes is one of these, another is what Apple have unfortunately also called iCloud too.
You can use the same Apple ID (account) to login to both iCloud and iTunes, but you don't need to and often users will login to each service using a different ID.
The part that you need to remember is that the services available when you log into iCloud are completely different and unrelated to those when you log in to iTunes. Your iCloud login enables mail, contacts, calendars, find my phone, Back to My Mac, Documents & Data sharing and photostream, it does not affect any of your iTunes services.
To avoid confusion when discussing your problem, when I mention iCloud, I am referring to the services under the iCloud login, Whereas I will refer to the whole cloud thing as The Cloud.
It appears you want to remove his ID from iCloud on your device and add your own back, you can do this at settings > iCloud > Delete account and then sign in again using your Apple ID. By doing this your data should be added back to your device, unless your husband has deleted it when using your ID. Photo stream is a little different.
Photostream in the cloud only keeps photos from the last 30 days (subject to a 1,000 photo limit). When photostream syncs the photos to your device they will stay there (subject to a 1,000 photo limit) until deleted, which means you may well have more photos in your photostream album on your device than there are in photostream in the cloud.
The consequence of this is that if you turn photostream off and on again on your device (or enable it for the first time), it will only be populated with photos from the last 30 days, which may not be all the photos that were previously in the photostream album on that device.
You should also decide whether you want to share your iTunes content with each other. If you do share, you can stop the apps and music etc., that he buys on his device downloading to yours by turning off automatic downloads on your device at settings > iTunes & App Stores.

Firefox is a web browser. It displays the content of existing sites. Things like email or page contents come from the content provider. Who is your email provider? You'll probably have better luck consulting their help documentation. There should be a settings menu that allows you to change your personal account information.

I have read the directions in the manual, but when I go to the document where I want to put the page the paste function is greyed out. I assume this has something to do with styles, but can't find what to do.

You got it.
Paste is greyed when we try to paste a page from a WP document into the thumbnails area of a Layout one.
It's active if we try to paste in the pages area.
In the document's tool bar, there is an icon with a + symbol at top left.
In WP documents it's named Sections, In Layout ones its named Pages.
