How can I change my iCloud account ?

So, here's the story:
I changed my Apple e-mail ID because it was hacked, and I accidentally used that e-mail for my iCloud and forgot 'cause I don't use iCloud, and forgot the password for it.
Now, I'm trying to restore my iPod but it says that I need to turn off "Find My iPod" but I can only do that after putting my password and I can't delete the account either without the password.
So, right now I'm stuck, I know that I can re-download everything manually, but I need to do something about my iCloud account sooner or later.
I really wanna delete it but I can't.
Please Help (T_T)

Welcome to the Apple community.
Unfortunately you cannot redownload everything later manually, this feature is designed to make devices useless once they are stolen.
You need to reset your Apple ID with Apple to use the details that you used when you turned on "find my phone", you can then turn off "find my phone", go back to the Apple ID and reconfigure it with your new details, verify it, at which point you can then turn on "find my phone" once again.

Firstly, you need to change your details with Apple, Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > iTunes & App store, scroll down and tap your ID)
If you are using iMessages or FaceTime, you will also need to log out and into your ID there too.

Just go to "Settings > iCloud" scroll down and delete the account, if you don't want to use it on your phone anymore. After you delted it from your device you will be able to sign in again to use another one for iCloud.

Based on your description, it sounds like the phone in question may still be Activation Locked to the previous owner's Apple ID. If that is the case, you may find the following article helpful:

Are you asking how to delete the one that is currently on the ipad and add/create a new one?
Your icloud user name is associated with your apple id, so would need to clarify.
to delete your icloud account
go to settings/icloud/delete account
then just go back and add/create a new one

Your iCloud account ID and password are the AppleID and password you used when you created the account. As fromsouth says, change the password for the AppleID and you've changed it for your iCloud login. You can also change the primary email address of that AppleID if you need to.
