    Thanks for response.  I purchase Photoshop Elements 10 from App store, the first install is ok-in English, but my computer reset for some problem, so I installed it again.     The language is tied to the serial number.  Did you purchase the software directly from Adobe?

    It's just, I want to change my spelling checker from english to french, that when I type some words in wrong order or miss some, I can know that.

    I just found the solution myself: You switch the (standard) language to English, and then you switch back to German as standard language. After this, English is listed as second language (and not Chinese any more) and is used in case German is not supported by an app.

    I guess you'll find the relevant property in the file menu...
    To be precise:
    Menu "File" --> "Preferences..." --> "Languages" --> "Current Language"
    I know that you currently only see Spanish expressions...
    I do not talk Spanish but my dictionary says:
    Menu "Fichero" --> "Configuración..." --> "Lengua" --> "Actual Lengua"

    Change the Language attribute of your text in Text Inspector, More tab, Language section.
    Getting your documet into iTunes isn't necessary if you upgrade to Mountain Lion where you will have direct access to iCloud.

    The default keys to rotate the layout is a key combination (Ctrl+Shift or Alt+Shift) that can easily be used in Firefox to activate a menu item.
    It is better to disable the key sequence to rotate layouts (Alt+Shift or Ctr+Shift) to avoid an unintentional switch and instead assign a specific key (Alt/Ctrl + Shift + number) to switch to the keyboard layout.

    This is correct, and works, except the "My Information" page ('Omat tiedot' in Finnish) will always display in the default language of the country - in this case, Finnish. I just spoke with an Adobe support agent who confirmed this.
    This would be a good feature for Adobe to change in the future as there are lots of Adobe users who don't speak the native language of the countries they live in!  (...and my Finnish isn't so great! )
