AnswerThere are a couple of different ways to change your profile photo or thumbnail image on Tagged.
Here's a quick How-to video that shows you how to change your profile photo
If you wish to change your profile photo, follow the instructions listed below:
Hover your mouse over 'More' in the top Nav bar and select Photos.
To use one of your previously uploaded photos as your profile photo, place the cursor over the photo you wish to use, and click the small green “#1” box when it appears
If you wish to use a new image as your profile photo, upload the image to your photo gallery, and then click the small green “#1” box on the photo
If you are viewing one of your photos individually, you can also set it as your profile photo by hovering over it and clicking the same green "#1" button. You may also edit the caption and comment on your photo in this view
You can also change your profile photo by doing the following:
On the Navigation bar click Profile and select the Edit Profile link to the left of your Profile picture.
To upload a photo locally from your computer, click the “Browse” button, select the image you wish you use, and then click “Upload”.
To upload a photo using an image URL address, click the “Add from image URL” link, paste the URL address into the field, and click “Add Photo”.
To use a photo from your gallery, click the “Use one of my photos” link to open a thumbnail gallery of your uploaded images. Click on a thumbnail to set that image as your profile photo.
After selecting a photo, you can alter its thumbnail by the marquee box by dragging the “anchor” points of the box. When you are finished, click "Save Thumbnail"

HELP! I was fooling around with my profile pic and selected and saved a cropped thumbnail. I hate it, and I haven't been able to figure out how to return my thumbnail to just a mini-version of my full profile pic. I've even re-up-loaded a copy of the original photo, with a different file name, but Tagged automatically crops it to the same thumbnail. Is there any way to return my thumbnail to just a mini-version of my whole pic? Thanks for your help :~)

In OS X Lion and Mountain Lion, the option to change the profile picture changed, making difficult the process to select a iPhoto library photo as the account picture.
First, open System Preferences > Users & Groups, and press the user picture. Then, open iPhoto and drag the photo you want to use as your account picture to the box with the user picture in System Preferences. Now, set up the photo as you want and accept it, so you will be using this photo as your account picture

Dear All, The Modern Skype with touch-screen features looks completely different from the old Skype that we used with Win 7 and earlier versions. For example, in the old Skype, we could go to the Skype button and easily scroll to "Change your profile picture". In the new Skype, there is no functionality to do this. (That is, as far as I know). If you click on "My account", it takes you to the Skype website. In that, you can go to "My Profile", and then "Edit", but the edit does not have any button next to your picture to enable you to change it. In short, I don't know what to do. Please help. How can I change dates on photos in Elements so I can control order of photos in album in adoberevel

I have some of my photos in adoberevel albums, and have learned the only way to change the order of those photos in those albums is to change the date or event in my Elements 9 library. I'd prefer to work with changing the photo date, but don't know how. Can anyone help me?

Jon, Thanks for responding. I have only the "free" cloud uploads allowed on Revel, so they were uploaded automatically some time ago. When I first looked at them, they appeared to be a total disaster and I decided not to look again, and was happy to keep my images on my computer in Elements 9. But looking yesterday (someone had contacted me about images of my art), I found things looked better. The only problem is the sequencing of the images, and from what I read on a Community thread is that I have to change either the dates or the events. Well, today I saw how to change the dates on Adobe (only did it with one photo as a test), but that ____ so far___ has not changed the sequence in Revel. So, I will close and re-boot my computer to see if that makes a difference, and get righy back to you. Thanks again for responding!

So far I have found no way. Spotify has refused for 2 years now not to add an Avatar Photo Uploader.

Right now the only way to get a profile picture is to connect your Spotify account to your Facebook account on the settings page.
It can take up to 48 hours for it to show up after doing this. Anytime you change the picture on Facebook it will update on Spotify within 48 hours.

How can I export a RAW photo from iphoto to anywhere (PSE, or desktop) without it changing into a jpg???

See if any of this info will help:
Using Photoshop (or Photoshop Elements) as Your Editor of Choice in iPhoto.
1 - select Photoshop as your editor of choice in iPhoto's General Preference Section's under the "Edit photo:" menu.

2 - double click on the thumbnail in iPhoto to open it in Photoshop. When you're finished editing click on the Save button. If you immediately get the JPEG Options window make your selection (Baseline standard seems to be the most compatible jpeg format) and click on the OK button. Your done. 3 - however, if you get the navigation window

that indicates that PS wants to save it as a PS formatted file. You'll need to either select JPEG from the menu and save (top image) or click on the desktop in the Navigation window (bottom image) and save it to the desktop for importing as a new photo.
This method will let iPhoto know that the photo has been editied and will update the thumbnail file to reflect the edit..
NOTE: With Photoshop Elements 9 the Saving File preferences should be configured as shown:

I also suggest the Maximize PSD File Compatabilty be set to Always. In PSE’s General preference pane set the Color Picker to Apple as shown:

NOTE: If you want to use both iPhoto's editing mode and PS without having to go back and forth to the Preference pane, once you've selected PS as your editor of choice, reset the Preferences back to "Open in main window". That will let you either edit in iPhoto (double click on the thumbnail) or in PS (Control-click on the thumbnail and seledt "Edit in external editor" in the Contextual menu). This way you get the best of both worlds.

I'm having difficulty changing the photo that is automatically selected as the thumbnail on an iPad Air and iPad Mini. How can I change this, and what parameter governs which photo is selected?
There are a number of threads about changing the name, the creation date, the modified date, and none of those have worked for me. After changing these various parameters, I have unsynced and resynced photos, and at this point, it is becoming an obsession of mine to change this. :-)
I would appreciate any input if you've been able to do this in iOS7 and Maverics. Thanks in advance!

Okay, now it is working. I had to save the XLSX-file into the older XLS format, but that seems to work quite well.
