My shortcuts for Place at back/ Place at front keep changing.
Also I can't make perspective using shift+alt+ctrl with the free transform tool.
i would be grateful for help solving this problem.

The modifier keys shouldn't be a problem, so maybe you're using them in the wrong order. You need to first click and then press the keys.
But all in all using a different language keyboard is not a good idea, because most of the non-ASCII-stuff won't work, like the bracket kays, the tilde or other stuff. Speaking from experience ... (German keyboard/English version)

Go to Settings>iTunes and App Stores and tap the Apple ID listed and sign out and sign in with other ID
You also may want to go to other places like:
- Settings>iCloud
- Settinge>FaceTime
- Settings>Messages>Send and Receive and change the ID
It may be best to go to Settings>General>Reset>Erase all Content and Settings and start over again and set up the iPod again with his account/ID

You shouldn't post your email address in public forums.
To manage your Apple ID, go to this site:

You can change an outside email address associated with an Apple ID as a main login, but you will still have an Apple email address associated with it also which you can't change.
You will need to sign in with your apple id. If you forgot your password, click forgot and follow the directions.

This is something that you will need to contact Adobe Customer Support (Contact at top of the main forum page) to do. If you registered your copy of PrE, you should also be able to get the S/N through your Adobe I.D., though it sounds like you have your S/N, but it's just not working. Is that correct? Using a laptop with Vista (German), Firefox4 and Gmail (both English), pics embedded within a text of an email do not display. They do display, however, with a PC operating with XP, Firefox 3.?? and Gmail (all English). Do settings need to be changed in Firefox4 to have such pics displayed using the laptop?

If images are missing then check that you aren't blocking images from some domains.
