Answers deny there is any password -- however, now and then I am asked to confirm that I am the person identified on the MY Yahoo -- I am asked for a username and password.
An example is when I change computers and Yahoo or Mozilla does not recognize the new computer.
I do not understand -- yes normally, I simply open the browser and use it. BUT!!!
I am probably using the wrong jargon for what I want to change.

hello, yahoo will log you out after 2 weeks for security purposes - it might also recognize when you access your yahoo account through a different device & ask for authentication again. this is all determined on the server-side by yahoo, so firefox can't influence such behaviour...

Assuming that User has already his/her user-id and password, and now he/ she wants to change it.
select the client and provide Log-in credentials. Now, instead of 'ENTER' there is one Tab: 'New Password' (up, left hand). Click it.
Now, system will ask for new password to change.
If you are asking from Basis point of view, then T.code: SU01 - User Maintenance.
Enter User's id and Click Change icon.
It will lead to Page: Maintain User.
Here, Select tab: Logon Data
There is a Sub-Tab: Password.
Here, key-in change password and SAVE.
For Language and Date format, contact your Basis-Personnel.

How do I change the password for IMAP access?

I have changed my AppleID/iCloud password at appleid.apple.com.
Now, in order to log in to iCloud.com, or to log into the iCloud control panel on my PC, I have to use the new password I have chosen. The old password is not accepted.
However I access my iCloud mail via IMAP on various devices and the IMAP server (imap.mail.me.com) does not accept the new password. I still have to use the old password to access my iCloud mail via IMAP.
Does anyone know why this is, and how I can update the IMAP password?

Apple recommends you change your Apple ID to your current, working email address. This will not create another Apple ID, it will only change it to your working email address. See Changing the name you use for your Apple ID if you'd like more information.

If you did not get an OS X install-restore DVD with the computer you may need
to buy one from somewhere, and you may be lucky to get a retail OS X 10.5.x
version. The original grey-label install set of software and OS X it shipped with
likely would be an older system than Leopard 10.5. Last versions of G4 Mac, &
G5, shipped with a Tiger 10.4 system; so did early Intel-based Mac. Grey discs
which accompanied other computer build models generally do not interchange.
The last OS X version a PowerPC architecture can use, if supported, is 10.5.8.
A PPC processor at 867MHz & faster should be able to run OS X 10.5 Leopard.

Not certain what you mean by "my secured internet". If you're referring to your Verizon provided PPP internet connection then you need to work with Verizon on that. You login to the MODEM using the admin account and they will give you a new password to enter. Or, you can tell them the password you want to use first. At least that's how it was with my Westell MODEM and DSL setup.
