How can i change the settings of play/pause in Elements 13?

Hello!
How can i change the settings of play/pause in Elements 13? I definitely need cursor back to the "start play" point each time i hit stop (spacebar), like it works in Sony Vegas or in most of audio editing software. Can somebody help?

You are not going to find what you are looking for in Premiere Elements preference settings.
You write
I WANT it playhead jump back to start play position, when i hit spacebar for pause.
You can maneuver yourself into that through Edit Menu/Keyboard Customization/Applications/ and its Help category which by
default shows
Go to Timeline/Clip Start, using Home
and
Play/Pause Toggle, using Space
But, you may find it is best to leave well enough alone. Explore and experiment with changing the keyboard shortcuts for the commands and decide what works for you.

Don't know which email host you are using, but if this is a POP account, you can't do it. If IMAP, then deleting one email should delete it on all other devices.

I've changed the bill payer to myself but it stills says on emails that I sent that its from my mother.

In order for the "From" field to show you options on the "from" addresses available, you must set them up in the Preferences > Accounts first.
I can't show you a screen shot of the from field because I currently only have one account, so the from address used is the default. However, when I had more than one, then options will show up in your compose/reply window.

No, they will all follow the default setting. If you want them all to fetch, for example every 15 minutes, then set it to 15 minutes in Fetch. I only mentioned the other if you wanted to leave one for manual. I have an account on my phone that is a POP account that I get mail at home from. I let my home computer get this mail, but when I am out of town, I pick it up with the iPhone. That one is set to manual.

I am sorry but this isn't something that you can set. The system has timeouts built into the code.

We may have to wait for an update. Aside from changing the country, I'm not sucre this can be done. There is no Health App in the System preferences and no way to modify from within the app. Weird.
If you go to Language & Region under general settings and choose any other country, you will get Metric. I have the opposite problem. I live in a Metric country and want my health app to be in lbs and inches which is what I am used to.

I keep a lot of open windows e.g., 25 windows and many tabs on each) and like to work between a few at a time. The problem is that Safari reorganizes windows alphabetically. Once I open a new window, it take a while to find the windows I'm looking for. Chrome and Firefox list the open windows chronologically which I find much easier. The newest windows are at the bottom of the list.

I was first hoping for File> New > Adjustment layer, but it's always greyed out. I thought that would create an adjustment layer, maybe I'm misunderstanding something? You can't change the time, which is 15 minutes, after which you don't have to re-enter your password, but I think that signing out of your account when you've downloaded what you want will work : Settings > Store > Sign Out . Or just wait 15 minutes before handing the phone over.
