Do you want to order the card from Apple? Then you cannot enlarge it, see Apple Photo Services: Product line details for books, cards, and calendars
Flat cards 4 x 6 in., Folded Card and Letterpress cards: 5 x 7 in.
If you want to print it on your own printer, you can change the papersize and scale in the Print settings.

If this question is about TextEdit, I don't think you can do it in TextEdit, after pasting the image. TextEdit is meant to be a basic text editing program.
You will have to open the image file in an image editing application. You can use Preview for doing this, or something more fancy. If it's Preview, just open the image file. From the menu bar, under Tools, select Adjust Size. Make the image the desired size. Then, select (outline) the portion of the image you want in the Preview document window. Copy it, and paste it into the TextEdit document window.

Open the image in Preview.
Go to: Tools > Image size.

You won't lose apps that are installed.   You will lose the ability to update them
Business with the App stores is restricted to those stores in your formal country of residence (your billing address) and a bank supported credit card from that same country.   You can buy and update apps with those details only in that country.
If you have established residences and bank supported accounts in other countries you can also use those.   You can buy and update apps in those countries using those details.
You cannot interchange them.   You cannot merge IDs or purchase details.

now it adjusts the size of table control in table maintenance generation.
I want to change the size (width) of table control and again re-generate the table maintenance.
But when re-generation occurs, table control size is set to initial.
why it is happening? and wt to do to solve this issue? any user exit?
I need the changed size of table control even if its re-generated.

Goto SM30, Enter your table name for which you have maintained your table maintainence generator .
When the maintainence screen appears for your table name , Goto System->Status->Screen Program name.
Copy that program name from there.
Open that module program through SE80,this is the program name of your SM30 screen which appears when we enter our table name in SM30 transaction.
In SE80,click the layout of the module program name you have entered there.
Its layout will display you the table control(of SM30) present to enter your your enteries.
In the change mode you can change its size , savee it and activate that program.
Now goto to SM30 again and enter your table name, it will show you the changed size of the table control used to take the enteries.
Note:This changed size is only for your table name and it will remain of its previous size for other table enteries.

No. You'd need an external editor for that kind of stuff:

Graphic Coverter ($45 approx)

Pixelmator ($50 approx)
Photoshop Elements ($75 approx)
There are many, many other options. Search on MacUpdate or the App Store.
You can set Photoshop (or any image editor) as an external editor in iPhoto. (Preferences -> General -> Edit Photo: Choose from the Drop Down Menu.) This way, when you double click a pic to edit in iPhoto it will open automatically in Photoshop or your Image Editor, and when you save it it's sent back to iPhoto automatically. This is the only way that edits made in another application will be displayed in iPhoto.
Of course, you may not want to change the shape of a photo which would distort it. You may want to print it in an oval shape but undistorted. I'd use a page layout app like Pages for that,

Always keep the original artwork, so make changes to a copy. In this case you should keep them in separate documents.
If you wish to have the size(s) changed so that everything has the same dimensions in the other unit, you may use the conversion factors, 1 inch = 72 points, 1 mm = 1/25.4 inch, etc.
So if you wish to have the same dimensions in mm as you had in points, to do it with full(est possible) accuracy you need to select everything, then with Scale Strokes and Effects ticked in the Transform palette flyout:
1) Add *72 in the W field and press Ctrl/CmdEnter (to have the same dimensions in inches);
2) Add /25.4 in the W field and press Ctrl/CmdEnter (to have the same dimensions in mm).
Remember to untick Scale Strokes and Effects if unneeded afterwards.
You can check the dimensions of the original and converted artwork against each other when you have them in the corresponding File>Document Setup>Units.
