How can I choose to confirm calendar changes??? - 8120, DM 4.6, outlook 2007

I use 'Outlook on the Desktop' to keep my outlook calendar showing at home (which is pretty neat by the way).
My family all posts to this calendar so we know who's doing what when.
My teenage kids post their appointments, work days, etc.
My husband syncs his HTC Dash to this calendar so it also has his work appointments. (His desktop software is even worse than BB's)
I post my work schedule and appointments here or add them to my BB.
I don't want my BB cluttered with my husbands work meetings or my kids stuff, and I have personal info on my BB calendar that I don't want shared on my computer desktop.
Also, I sometimes accidentally post an appointment on both the PC and BB using different wording (such as Dentist 8am vs. Dr. Wong 8am), then when I sync it gets screwy.
If I could choose to confirm each item as it adds/deletes/changes, I could have only the info I want on the BB and PC.   Any ideas how to make DM 4.6 do this???

In your DM > Sync setup, choose "Notify Me" rather than handheld or desktop wins.

Thanks for answering. The version is XI.0.10. I just did the update yesterday hoping that I could now properly edit a scanned pdf document. Yes, it's happening on most all scanned documents. I followed your steps & found the list of fonts used in the document & then attempted to edit. The same occurs. When I type in a correction, I get an error alert... "the original font (in this case Fd 5805) is not available or can't be used in editing. Acrobat is using the font Minion Pro in its place."
When I select the text & right click as you suggested, my only choices are cut, copy, delete or select all, no "edit text".
I have no other options to choose another font. Thanks for any help you can direct my way.

How can I find out what calendars are in my .mac account?

A simple question, but I am struggling with the answer.
I have used ical since it first came out and have found it brilliant and very easy to use and access both from the office and also from home. However because I have used it for so long I have had various changes in staff. I am keen to find out if there are any 'other' calendars created by anyone who has/had access to ical via my .mac account.
The calendars must be stored somewhere online? How can I find out what calendars I am hosting?

You can change the account you are signed into by:
iOS: Tap Settings > Game Center.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities
All iWork apps allow you to save your documents on your computer. You will be able to choose the destination when you want to save a document.
You can also disable iCloud for some apps. To do that, go to System Preferences -> iCloud, press "Options" next to "iCloud Drive" and disable the apps you want to.
If you have lost your old documents, you should have a backup that you made before upgrading to OS X Yosemite, so you only have to restore it.

Do you have any 'add-block' extension installed on your browser? Have you tried on a different browser?
Or you can check your URL bar when trying to change to see if a message pops up. Like 'non safe scripts detected' or something, that you can click and say 'allow from this source/website'

If the hard drive that crashed is the one that stored the itunes library, be sure to restore the library from Time Machine (mac) or whatever backup you use on windows. That will get back your music. I suspect that the replacement drive has an empty itunes library and thus, perhaps, the itunes match used that to sync to its servers.
Try posting in the iTunes Match forum, you'll probably find more knowledgeable folks there.

The password used to log in to a user account remotely is the same as you would use to log into it locally. You can also use your Apple ID, so try that.
