How can I circumvent the gridpanel layout mechanism?

I have gridpanel B inside another gridpanel A.
gridpanel B is set to six columns.
I add two buttons X and Y to gridpanel B, the buttons are layed out like so
X Y
I would like them layed out by the column they occupy
X Y <space for #3> <space for #4> <space for #5> <space for #6>
without the large empty space in between buttons X and Y.
I don't want to use a grouppanel because the components do not occupy
proportional horizontal space.
I've tried adding hidden fields for columns #3 to #6 but those appear to
have a minimal effect on the layout.

I'm afraid that it's not possible to adjust the print layout in iCal. Maybe you should think about changing to another program (BusyCal, etc.) that has the option to print the layout you want?

Looks like you use a wrong keyboard layout. I thin the language settings are wrong!!!
Maybe you have an US keyboard layout and the settings are set to UK?
Please check this in the control panel -> regional and language options -> languages -> details.
There you can add a second language or you can change the first one to another keyboard layout.

Most pages have layouts for pictures only or pictures with text boxes. Either select the same layout for that page but the one without the text box or put a space in the text box.
Putting a space in the text box will avoid getting the warning when ordering that there's an unfilled text box in the book. The box will not be visible in the final product. You can and should check the book before ordering by previewing it as described in this Apple document: iPhoto '11: Preview a book, card, or calendar before you order or print it

I updated the page layouts for a project in Project Management. Now I woujld like to change those chosen page layouts, but the setup options for the project are no longer available for me to change. How can I update the original chosen page layouts (for performance management) to different layouts or change the chosen layouts to the default (blank) layouts?

It all began inside the settings of my Sanyo VPC-HD2000A when somehow the selection got switched from 1280 x 720 to that other setting with so-called 25fps. Also, I don't know whether the mishap occurred before or after I took my new footage.
I edited the clips last night and now they are on my blog and channel and they seem ok but slightly fuzzy.
I used a Sanyo VPC-HD2000A .7x wide angle lens with macro and I notice that when I zoomed in to the little sun conure, the picture blurred. I think that might be something that happens when one zooms the focus.
Also, I was born and raised to a teenager in Hawaii, but now Southern California has me in its grip.

How can I convert the rulers on the page layout from picas to inches?
I am creating a print document - the page setup seems to automatically convert from inches back to picas. When I go to the tutorial on creating a document, however, the tutorial shows dimensions in inches. I assume there is some kind of preferences setting but I have not been able to find it.

The box will print... but there is no way to just assign a color to a box. The closest you can get is ot create a small solid colored image in Photoshop and assign that to the box. You may get a resolution warning but as long as it's a solid color it does not matter how few pixels you have.

Well I'll guess you're using iPhoto 11:
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Repair Database. If that doesn't help, then try again, this time using Rebuild Database.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In early versions of Library Manager it's the File -> Rebuild command. In later versions it's under the Library menu.)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

Oh I thought that you have selection-screen and again you are working on dialog programming.
if you want to use select-option directly in module pool then it is not possible.
but you can do other way.
create two varaiables
data : v_kun_low like kna1-kunnr,
         v_kun_high like kna1-kunnr.
use these two variables in layout ,let user knows that he can not give options like gt,lt,eq ,it will be always BT.
and also when you see normal report program,you can use multiple values in either low or high,but here it is not possibel.
use can enter only low value and high value.
when you come to program point of view
declare one range
ranges r_kunnr for kna1-kunnr.
do the coding like
r_kunnr-low = v_kun_low.
r_kunnr-high = v_kun_high.
r_kunnr-options = 'BT'.
r_kunnr-sign = 'I'.
append r_kunnr.
now you can use r_kunnr in select query ,it will work like select-option.
other than this there is no option.

Isn't there any way for me to get those 20 dollars back I already have in your store or at least reset my security questions if I don't rememeber?

How can we take the cursor to a different sub-screen from the BADI?

We have to do some validation on Header, Operation and Relationship of any work order (IW31, IW32). We have checked that validations can be done at BADI WORKORDER_UPDATE in the method u2018AT_SAVEu2019. But user wants us to take the Cursor back to the field and screen due to which the error is coming. How can we take the cursor to a different sub-screen from the BADI?

You 'ran out of room' because you tried to put your entire question into what is the 'Topic line' of the post.
This is a fairly common error, as a scan of the topic list will show, and likely due to a design flaw in the layout of the composition page.
Most posters who make this error do so on their first post, and are able to avoid a similar misstep on their second and subsequent questions.

I am using 3.6 because I like how it spreads out my toolbars instead of just giving me the bookmarks in the corner and the lonesome firefox in the opposite corner. How can I control the size of a cell in the GridBagLayout?
It seems that I cann't control the size of a cell directly.
But how the size of a particular cell is determined when I switch the layout manager from XYLayout to GridBagLayout?

COLUMNWIDTH, MINSIZE, MAXGRIDSIZE, PREFEREDSIZE to which you can set the appropriate values and test for your need.hope this helped.bye martian.
