How can I clean Others on my iphone
Other on my iphone is about 2.76 Gb high, I don't know why I even delete all my Mail acount from it, but I is still very high, is there an app that could help me to clean this folder, or cache or waht ever???

Other over around 1gb , normally corrupt file. you need to restore your phone as new in itunes in order to reduce your other data.

I chose to let iTunes rearrange my files and it appears to have duplicated them in my computer's drive. So now I have the same folders/files directly under my D drive (second computer hard drive) and also in the iTunes Music Folder that iTunes created. Wasn't sure what to do so I did another import and now I have files in my library that are grayed out with the small i symbol in the circle next to them. I also have the working (bolded) files too. How can I clean this up?

No, because with iTunes Match enabled on an iOS device traditional syncing of music via USB is disabled. All music management is done directly on the device.

How can I transfer photos from an IPhone 5 to an IPad 2 using a cable. I have tried using the lightning to firewire adapter with my current lead but this only seems to allow a download from the IPad to the IPhone and not the other way around.
The devices are not designed for transfer of that kind. Use Photo Stream as suggested by another poster, or transfer photos to your computer (a good idea anyway since they will be lost if your device needs to be reset), then use iTunes to sync them to the other devices.

Photos that were synced from a computer won't show for copying to a computer. If you want to copy them back then you will need a third-party app on your phone such as Simple Transfer which can copy them off via your wifi network. But photos are 'optimised' when they are synced to a device, any that you then copy back to a computer may not be exactly the same as they originally were on your computer (e.g. their dimensions might be different and their colours may look a bit different).

You should be able to see two different tabs when setting up the email if you go to Other > Add Mail Account. Once you enter in the email address and password, you should be at the next screen to provide more details about the email as far as incoming and outgoing servers and at the top there will be a blue section to add it in as a POP or IMAP email account. You can use Settings > General > Restrictions on each device to require your iTunes password to be entered for every download (and you can block in-app purchases), or you can hide the App Store ('Installing Apps' set 'off') and iTunes store apps so that they can't be used.

If you wanted FaceTime, you should not have purchased your phone in the UAE. There is no way to add it back to your phone, as it has been permanently removed.

Yeah, this is frustrating for me, too. I tried a few different variants: keeping everything in Aperture, keeping only videos in iPhoto, keeping videos in Movies folder, etc. Reason being I'd like to be able to sync some videos back to the iPhone will keeping access available for iMovie - which is tougher than it should be. Now that the iPhone does HD videos, Apple needs to either adjust iPhoto to work with videos better or work with iMovie to actually function as a movie database as well as editor.
For now, I, too, have my stuff strewn about on my Mac but I'm trying to consolidate as much as I can into iMovie events on an external drive. I have a bunch of video clips of my 2 year old and I've decided to just group them by year and then put together an edit of each to then put into iTunes so I can view them on AppleTV as well as sync to my iPhone. I figure I won't ever sit down and watch every single clip so I might as well put together the "highlights". -
