How can i combine/merge albums in my itunes?

for example... I had at one time downloaded the cast album of South Pacific... but it basically went into my itunes as like 19 albums (all titled the exact same thing) each with one song from the show... but i have alot of cases just like this. How can I get all 19 songs to go into one South Pacific album?

Quick answer: Select all the tracks on the album, File > get info, and either give them all a single "album artist", or check the "compilation" flag (as in https://discussions.apple.com/message/17670085).
If these are from multiple-CD sets you may also need to enter the appropriate information in the disc number fields.

If you bought it from the iTunes Store, click here and follow the instructions; the process of iTunes Store content being put in the iCloud is automatic.
If you got it from another source, reload it from that source.

You can change the sort name of your album, but leave the actual name as it is:
In the info panel for the album change the sort album name of your album "A" to an alphabetical order, so it will be sorted in front of album "B".

How can I combine my albums?

I have a good amount of albums that are by one artist, but many songs have guest artists and iTunes separates those songs into a seperate album. Is there any way to prevent this without having to change the songs with the guest artists to just have the one?
For example, I have the Random Access Memories album by Daft Punk. Most of those songs include songs with artists doing vocals, and iTunes separates those songs to a seperate album even though the ablum is the same name.
I also have another album that is split even though the artist and album is the same and I already did the "get info and change everything on all of the tracks at once" solution and it's still split.

How can I move an album around in iTunes?

Say my albums are a set (like part 1, part 2, part 3, and part 4) and currently displaying as follows:
Album B, Album C, Album D, Album A.
And I want to move Album A to be in front of Album B. I can't just click and drag like I can in iBooks, because it won't let me. So is there any way to move them around just so it looks neater? Or would it be easier just to change the name of them to a generalized 'Completed Series' and then have them as separate disks so that it look as follows? :

In iPhoto albums may contain photos with the same file name - iPhoto handles that just fine
If you are exporting them to move somewhere else use the sequential file name feature of export to give each file a unique name

Also, this is my first foray into online chat rooms so I have a lot to learn to precisely state my issue! I did as you suggested and all the songs list the same album when I go into each song's "get info". However, I am not sure how to edit as you suggested. When I downloaded this album originally, for some reason it broke up into several albums each with different songs from the original album. I am trying to consolidate them back into one album in my library. I would greatly appreciate further assistance if you can. Also, I do not use "the cloud" to store any data and would like a good source of info on how to do this. Thanks so much for your patience!

Adobe PDF Pack is an online subscription--it definitely allows you to combine several files into one PDF file. For more information about PDF Pack, see Reliably Create PDFs, Convert PDFs, & Merge PDFs Online | Adobe PDF Pack. If you don't have the full version of Acrobat, this is a great solution for combining PDF files.
However, if you're using Acrobat (not Adobe Reader), you combine files by following these steps:
Open a PDF file that you want to add pages to.
Click the Pages pane on the Tools panel (on the right side of the application).
Click Insert From File, and choose the file that you want to combine with the PDF that you opened in step 1.
Make any changes necessary in the Insert Pages dialog box--these settings determine where the new file will be inserted.
Click OK.

Apple IDs cannot be merged. You should use your preferred Apple ID from now on, but you can still access your purchased items such as music, movies, or software using your other Apple IDs.
