I have a Mac OS X and I know it is old - but I need to complete some invoices that are a new format, and am unable to upload to email. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Control-click it in the Finder and choose to compress or archive it. If it's still too large, use a service such as iChat, Skype, or YouSendIt.

Okay, I would like to save a Numbers spreadsheet as a tab delimited file. But of course I can't do that, since Numbers only saves as a comma separated values file.
Plan B: I can open up a CSV file created by Numbers in TextEdit, and I would like to Find and Replace all the commas with tabs. So I open up the Find window, enter a comma under Find, but of course when I put the cursor in the Replace blank and hit the Tab key, it just goes to the next blank instead of giving me a Tab.
Is there a way I can get a Tab into that blank so I can replace all the commas with tabs?

When we use TextEdit as I described, rows are separated by Returns.
It appears that your program requires LineFeeds.
Here is a neat soluce.
Save this script as an Application Bundle.

The values separator is set to match the Bento's requirements:

There is no built-in tool allowing exchanges between two documents.

Hi.
You can import a .xls file.
First, go to Preferences > File handling > check "Create links ... spreadsheet files" in order to be able to update your table when modified in Excel.
Note that you won't be able to get any formatting from Excel file, so you should create a custom table style, along with paragraph and character styles.
While importing your Excel file, check "import options", select "Unformatted Table", and apply your table style.
Of course, no dynamic math operation can be make within InDesign Table, you must do it in your source file, then resave it and update your link.
If you properly used cells, paragraphs and characters styles, the formatting will be preserved when updating link to the spreadsheet.
Don't forget your .xls file is now linked to your indesign file (just like a picture), so don't move or delete it without caution...

Add another e-mail account to your messages, so people could reach you on that e-mail from messages. As soon as you are online (if you have wifi only iPad) you are able to send and receive messages. i.e. your son can send you a messages from his iPhone addressing it to your (that additional) e-mail address.

I just bought splashtop, you have to have your home computer online,and download the pc version. I have used it ot watch movies and to "go to work" on my ipad. It controls the desktop through the ipad. Whiteboard by splashtop does that and more and is on sale. The education director at the hospital I work at is using that one.

I finished reinstalling Win 8.1Pro on my computer thanks to Microsoft Lvl 1 Techies corrupting my Command Structure so nothing would work. I had recently taken a picture of my installed programs (control panel, uninstall programs list) so that I would be able to reinstall everything I needed. Can you provide a little more detail, maybe a screenshot? ExportPDF only converts PDFs to other file types, what exactly are you using to try to fill out the form? The two Adobe form filling tools I would recommend would be:
1) Adobe Reader - a free download you can install on your computer and can be used to fill out most any form. For numbers, symbols etc it can depend on the field you are entering data into, some fields have restrictions, but you would use those keys on your keyboard, if nothing is entered then that field probably has restrictions.
2) Adobe Fill & Sign: https://cloud.acrobat.com/fillsign - using the Fill & Sign tab on the acrobat.com website you can fill out most PDFs. To enter numbers, symbols, etc you would simply add them using your keyboard.

Under the File menu select Export. You'll find Excel as one of the export options there.
