    I can't find any way to contact Adobe other than Live Support. I'm currently overseas and don't want to call on the phone.
    I placed an order on Aug. 20th for upgrades to Photoshop CS5 and Lightroom 3. I have the order number in the confirmation e-mail, and the transaction is still Pending at PayPal.com.
    Today, the order number can not be found in Order Status. Live Support said the order was cancelled because the "credit card was declined", and I should contact the "bank". As I told him (or her), the transaction was still Pending at PayPal.com.
    Live Support simply said to resubmit the order, with no other offer of a solution.
    I received no notice of any errors or issues! If an order was cancelled, wouldn't it be prudent to let the customer know?
    When I started to resubmit the order, because I really want these upgrades, I realized the promotional pricing was no longer effective. So, my replacement order is now more expensive than the one that was mysteriously canceled.
    What's going on with Adobe.com? This is by far the worst online purchasing experience I've ever had! I use PayPal all the time to order products and have never had a problem.
    I think the worst part is how Adobe simply abandoned the entire process, leaving me completely in the dark, and leaving the order in a Pending status at PayPal.com.  What am I supposed to do, just wait for another three days for some kind of notice?
    So, is there any other way to contact someone at Adobe and get this resolved, or will I need to stay up until 3:00am to make a call at my expense?

    I apologise for the trouble you have gone through. I will look into this matter for you. Did you happen to place the order while you were overseas or placed the order back home itself ? The reason I ask this question is if you had placed the order while overseas the order will definitely be rejected since the IP address from where you placed the order will contradict the billing zip code which is a big deterrent when orders are processed.
    I apologise the way you have been treated by support regarding this issue and let me assure this will not happen again. I will ensure that you are offered the same price for the products you had ordered initially.

    What product/plan did your agency provide you in the past, is this the current CC full suite for $50/month, or an older or single-app plan?
    Is your issue that your Adobe ID is connected to an existing plan that you cannot pay for, and you want to buy your own for $50/month (or whatever plan you had, before)?
    Is your Adobe ID associated with a team or enterprise multi-user plan or was it an individual plan?

    In good faith I purchased a notebook (Pavilion G6) December 17, 2012, It was a gift for my sonwhowould be start community college in January 2013.  On March 28th the computer died.  I took the computer back to Best Buy where I had purchased it, the hard drive had to be replaced.  This really concerned me that a new computer would have to have the hard drive replaced in 2 months of use.  I picked up the notebook on or about April 18, 2013 only to have it crash againMay 8, 2013.  I spoke with management at Best Buy (Curtis Pope) explained my concerns that the defective hard drive h ad been replaced twice, also defective CPU, the computer had cooling fan issues, and OS was restored, but again my request fell on death ears.  On January 21, 2014 the computer died a third time and I took t back in to Best Buy and basically was told that the hard drive was bad and that it would be sent to GEEK Squad and that they would trade it out for a new computer and would not replace it for a third time.  On February 1, 2014, I recieved a call from GEEK Squad stating that my waranty had expired and that they estimated the cost to repair the notebook was $150.00.  I became very upset explaining the history of repairs and the fact that the manager had told me that usually the computer woud be switched out.  GEEK Squad then called Best buy, add Best Buy called me to say that my warrany had expired and there was nothing that Best Buy or GEEK Squad could do for me.  The  GEEK Squad manager,  Christine at store # 01437  advised me to call HP.  I have called, but I have been passed around so many times, I Nee HELP!!!!

    I love supporting artists I love by purchasing CDs and songs from iTunes. I want the song "Let it Rain" by Epik High on their CD Swan Songs, but iTunes doesn't have it listed. Would Apple support or a representative be available to contact in order to request having this CD and the songs available for purchase?     Whether or not Apple can get the rights to that song will depend entirely on the artist and record company. They may well not have any representation outside of South Korea. But you can make the suggestion.

    Hello everyone,
    Recently I needed assistance for my PowerMac G5 Quad. It's a problem with the water-cooling unit (but this is not the point). Cutting short: the first apple authorized service center hasn't found any problem suggesting that I should "let it break" to pinpoint the real problem (sure.. let's melt the whole cpu to find later that only a sensor was fried...). In the meantime, when I was asking to order a copy of Leopard (to replace Tiger on the G5) they offered me pirated software. I refused, took the Powermac back and I'll never be back there.
    The second technician (another AUTHORIZED reseller): Took the quad. Said that all was normal with the hardware test. When I said to him that I also tryed that (I'm not a newby) and that he should try the thermal calibration using the diagnostic disk (which every technician should have)... at the phone he sounded very confused. I had to explain to him what a diagnostic disk is and why is necessary to perform a thermal calibration everytime the cooling unit or the cpu's are disassembled for repair or replacing.
    Took back the quad. No improvements.
    I don't want to waste fuel on another trip to a new technician. I want to contact somone in charge of the customer support in Croatia to give informations about those reseller and their unbelievable support. Noone else have to be serviced by such incompetent technicians...
    .... so the question is very simple. How can I contact someone in charge for the customer support here in Croatia or maybe in Italy? I speak italian, a good english and a good Croatian, so i don't mind to speak by phone to someone here in Croatia, in Italy or in an English speaking country.

    I don't need product support.  I need support with my account.
    I received an email stating:
    "Recently, there's been activity in your AppIe account that seems unusual compared to your normal account activities. Please log in to AppIe to confirm your identity and update card information. Recent activity from your account seems to have occurred from a suspicious location or under circumstances that may be different than usual. "
    It tells me click on a link in the email.
    I have not changed anything on my account, so if something really changed, there is a problem.
    However, I'm reluctant to click on the link, thinking it might be a phishing scheme or cause some problem with my computer.
    On the Apple site, I cannot find one link to contact support having to do with problems with an account.
    Does anyone know if the email is legit?  If not, who can I inform about this?  If it is legit, how can I contact support without clicking on the link in the email?

    graphics adapter intel gma 945 up to 128 mb.
    Recently I updated bios from 1.20 to 1.30 and after restart I lost 64 megabytes from "graphics card capabilities".
    So after updating bios my computer is much weaker. why? how can i get back 128 mb memory on my intel gma 945 ??
    by the way. It's possible to manually edit any file and configure gma 945 capabilities up to 256 mb? I have a lot of ram and I could use it for games, now i can only use 8-64mb.
