How can I convert my animation into a working movie clip that can be used with a new scene?

Hello all,
First and foremost, I AM A TOTAL FLASH NOOB. I want to preface this and make it incredibly clear how new this all is to me. I LITERALLY started using flash this morning; that is precisely how new I am.
With that being said I am going to do my best to explain what I'd like to do.
I have created an animation of a spider moving its legs back and forth. I want to be able to combine all of the layers into 1 simple animation that can be imported into new flash scenes with the animation exactly how it stands. I have figured out how to convert the whole animation into a symbol AND I have figured out how to import the movie clip from the library. However, herein lies my problem. When I open a new flash scene and import my animation, I play it and it does nothing at all. It's just the static image of the spider I created with no movement.
I've spent the last couple hours trying to figure out (and doing my own research) what I have done or didn't do to get to this point. I'd be willing to bet I am just going about the entire process incorrectly and I'm simple overlooking a basic facet of the program.
Any insight to fix my ignorance is greatly appreciated.
(P.S. Hell, I don't even know if I am using the correct terminology so for all I know I am confusing every person who has taken the time to look at my question. If I am using incorrect terminology please correct me to avoid future hang ups. Thank you.)

Ned! This totally worked! Thank you! I knew there was a tiny piece of this whole thing that was preventing me from making everything work. Unfortunately as my luck would have it, although I have the movieclip working the spritesheet converter I'm using now no longer recognizes the movie clip. The converter says there are 7 frames in the animation, but doesn't display any working sprites. Just a blank sheet. Frustrating to say the least.
I'm just going to throw everything out on the table here:
This is the video tutorial i'm using to convert my animation into a spritesheet. I've done the steps exactly as directly up until the point I actually click "Begin Conversion." When begin conversion is selected, it shows the movieclip exists on the bottom left underneath "list of movieclips" but doesn't actually show any individual sprites.
Here's the simple sprite converter I am using.
The irony of this whole situation is that you have successfully helped me make a working movieclip (which was the important piece), but the converter no longer recognizes it. Whereas before, it would at least show the image on the 1 frame of animation it had.
If you wanted to to take a stab at it and see if you can successfully get it to work I'd be appreciative. If not, I totally understand as you have already been incredibly helpful and have my eternal gratitude for getting me this far. These animation programs can be quite overwhelming when they so vastly differ from one another. Don't even get me started no Anime' Studio Pro.

To create motion tweens, you need to have the same symbol at both ends of the tween, so if these 5 frames contain the same symbol, just in different orientations, then you just need to add the motion tween to each keyframe except the last.

Apple do not have their "own" format. You need to convert your DVDs to H.264 though.

You do not create movieclips on the timeline using code, though you can create them and add them as children of something that has been manually placed in the timeline.
To create a MovieClip using code you use:
    var mc:MovieClip = new MovieClip();
If you need to add an image, then however you intend to acquire the image, after it has been acquired, you add it to the MovieClip using:
    mc.addChild(img);
where img is the instance of whatever form of object the image takes (Bitmap, Loader)
If you need to add a TextField to the MovieClip then you use:
    var tf:TextField = new TextField();
    mc.addChild(tf);
and you can set up properties for the textfield such as the font and color and position as well after it has been instantiated (the first line).

Aha, this is where things can get confusing. The terminology
between the Flash Authoring tool and ActionScript is not
consistent.
In ActionScript, the Stage is the top most DisplayObject. You
probably get that.
In Flash, the canvas that is often referred to as "the stage"
is not the Stage object of ActionScript, rather the Flash stage is
a DisplayObject class called MainTimeline (or if you assign a
document class, it's that class), which is the first and only child
of the ActionScript Stage object. It's the only child unless, of
course, you add something else to the ActionScript Stage object at
runtime... like a loaded swf. ;)
So in other words, if you are doing anything like this:
stage.addChild(myLoadedSWF)
You are actually putting myLoadedSWF above the MainTimeline
object, which is the entire Flash timeline. There's nothing wrong
with that, but in this case it means changing the depth of things
inside the MainTimeline is not going to change the fact that the
MainTimeline itself is below myLoadedSWF.
Most likely the simplest solution is to add your loaded SWFs
to the property "root", not stage. root can refer to different
things in different places, but most of the time it refers to the
MainTimeline, and if I had to guess I would say it almost certainly
does in your case. Note that the "root" property is typed as a
DisplayObject, not a DisplayObjectContainer, so addChild (which is
a DisplayObjectContainer method) will not be recognized unless you
typecast to DisplayObjectContainer or a subclass of
DisplayObjectContainer, like Sprite or MovieClip:
MovieClip(root).addChild(myLoadedSWF)
Also note that, unlike AS2, in AS3 it's very easy to simply
add your loaded SWF below existing objects you create in Flash. You
can use addChildAt(obj,0) for instance to add it to the very
bottom.

Did your Mac come with iMovie preinstalled?
Then you could export your video, import it to iMovie and remove the audio track. iMovie has two methods to silence a video clip - you can either select the clip in the project and use the command "Detach audio" or chance the audio settings of the clip and set the volume to zero. Then render the video new and import the silent version to iPhoto to use in the slideshow.

Yes and no.
It was easy to assign a "transparency" color in previous versions of QuickTime Pro. Just open the "Color Wheel", pick your color and QuickTime Pro would use it to mask your .gif file.
In version 7 you only get to use a "mask" (useless on a motion graphic like an animated gif) or pick either a "level" of opacity (also shows the background).
Open the Movie Properties window (Pro only) and highlight the video track.
Click the "Visual Settings" tab and you'll notice "Transparency" options (lower left under the Mask).
Older versions of QT Pro also allowed "blends" of this transparent color.
I used to use a gaudy Pepto Bismol pink as my transparent color. Now I must be sure to include an alpha channel (black or white) in my imported images. This means your .gif must also either black or white as the transparent color.

That feature is only in PS. Elements as you buy it has only limited support for smart objects. If you use File>Place to add something to your image it will come in as a smart object (within the limits to which PSE understands smart layers). However, if you know someone who can write an action for you in PS you can install it in PSE, or you could look into something like elements+ from simplephotoshop.com.

What do you mean by 'document points'? Do you mean document units? Like centimeters or inches? If that, there's no API to do (well, kind of in AIUser.h, but that gives you back a string with a unit suffix). Frankly, its pretty easy to just figure out the conversion values for each type of ruler unit -- there are only five or so you need -- and then write a dinky function that takes a value in one or the other, looks up the current document unit and uses that to convert the value (one function for each way). You just need to figure out everything in terms of points (since pixels == points) -- in that regard, it probably helps to know that 72 pt == 1 inch. From that you can figure out pointer-per-inch|centimeter|millimeter|pica.

If you are using Windows, make sure you are able to view the file extension.

1. Select a title (.mp3 or .m4a) in your iTunes Music Library
2. Do File > Get Info on selected title (Windows do Edit > Get Info)
3. In the dialog choose Options tab
4. Set Start Time and End Time (no more than 35 secs otherwise won't work)
5. Close dialog.
6. Now control click the title (right click) and choose Create AAC Version
Note: If you don't have Create AAC version, switch in menu File > Preferences...(Windows do Edit > Preferences...) > General > Import Settings... > Import Using: AAC Encoder.
7. When it is done, drag the newly create title to the desktop.
8. Delete the newly create title in iTunes. <-- This step is important
9. Rename the title on your desktop from ringtone.m4a to ringtone.m4r
10. Drag and drop it into iTunes
Now you have a ringtone.
Make sure it is selected in iTunes > Tones for syncing with your new iPhone.

See Purchase requisition creation can happen without vendor and price details as well.
so once you have finalised your vendor and price ,you can put the vendor and price details in PR and then PR can go further for approval...there will be some manual work ,,but I do not think any more option available.
