How can i create a podcast ?

Hello,
am new here and am so anxious to know how can i create my own podcast using windows as am not a mac user. I use both ipad and ipod and i purchased the garage band to help me with this issue but unfortunately to create podcasts i should be using a mac desktop.

I think you are talking about chapter markers in an MP4 audio (.m4a) file? The chapters will work on both Mac and Windows, but unfortunately the creation of them is only supported on the Mac (as far as I know).
They can be added to an audio track using Apple's Garageband, or LemonDreamz Podcast Maker. For a free alternative there used to be the command line ChapterTool from Apple, but it involves making XML files to describe the chapters. All these are Mac only.

I upgraded to iOS 6 on my 4th Gen iPod (white) and noticed Podcasts are not included in any playlist any more, but have been pushed to the Podcast app! The problem I have is that I used to make a playlist of Podcasts to listen to while driving to work, and now I can't seem to find how I do that. I need to be able to have podcasts play in a particular order so that I don't have to fumble with the iPod while driving!

In the Music App touch the "Playlists" tab at the bottom and then touch "New" at the upper right.

I have a website containing many seperate Blog pages according to their topics like News, Tech and Scifi.
Is it possible to create a new page, that will contain the latest entries of all these blog pages a one "consolidated" page, maybe perhaps of RSS feed?

You can put 12 app in a folder. You can not put or create folders within folders. If you need another folder, just hold your finger on an app until it starts to jiggle, then drag in on top of another app you want in that folder. It will create a new folder with the two apps in it and give you the ability to name the folder.

How do you create a podcast list by adding files?

I have a site that has mp3s, but no podcasting subscription type tools (http://www.emmanuelnyc.org/sermons/index.html)
I want to download the mp3s then listen to them on my ipod touch.
How do I create a podcast group and add these files to it? I tried "add folder to library" and "add file to library" and cant' find it anywhere in itunes. Tried searching and searching... no clues.

The page you linked to has only MP3 files. There is no RSS feed (Podcast button), so those files cannot be downloaded "as Podcasts".
However, if you right-click any one of them you will see an option to "Save link as..." or "Save file as...", which will then allow you to download and save the MP3 onto your computer. It is not a Podcast, it is simply an MP3 file.
A Podcast is a file (usually audio or video) that has been downloaded using an RSS feed. It is the process of being downloaded as an RSS feed that defines it as a Podcast. No matter what anyone else tells you, you cannot download an MP3 file and the turn it into a Podcast.
Since the site provides no method of downloading the files in bulk, or automatically, then you will have to download each one individually. Put them all in one common folder.
To add them to your iTunes Library, in iTunes, turn on the menu bar using the CTRL+B command. Then, on the File menu is...
and using Add Folder To Library will allow you to add the files, in that folder, to your Library in one move.
Now that the files are in your Library, you still cannot "make them appear to be Podcasts". Once again, this is the case - no matter who might tell you otherwise.
But -
I'm going to assume that you do not want these files to play when you're listening to your music, especially in shuffle mode. This is often why people want to set these files as Podcasts (and various bodges have been tried in order to try and achieve this end).
The trick is to set the files to Skip when shuffling and this can be done to all the files at once. Highlight all the files in question and select File/Get Info/Options>Skip when shuffling and change the drop-down to Yes.
Now, since they are set to skip when shuffling, that's exactly what will happen. It also means that you can start (and play the whole of) each file individually and if the iPod is still in shuffle mode, it will stop at the end of each episode. To play several, or all episodes without pause, simply turn off shuffle and navigate to the first episode. They will then play one after the other.
By the way, you cannot use the custom podcast feed method that you mentioned. It's simply another bodge.

i know its not a problem whit my carrier o data plan or sharing preferences on the ipone because when i use it un my laptop it works perfectly through
the usb and even works on the Imac through wifi and bluethood tethering but NOT through usb!!.
the problem is that trying to make it work i deleted the "profile" usb iphone on the network prefereces panel. Now i only have 3 options: ethernet / wifi / bluetooth
but not the usb iPhone i used to have.
And when i try to add a new one i dont get a USB option.

It got stored in my iTunes a a song rather than a ring tone. How do I make it a ring tone vs. a song? There's also an easy to use Applescript over at Doug's Applescripts for iTunes. It automates the whole thing. All you do is set the start and stop time on a file in iTuens and run the script. It will do everything else.

So for example when a student came to word he/she did not know, if he/she hovered the cursor over the word, a defintion or other information would appear. You can do this in Word using bookmarks/hyperlinks but I can't figure this out in Pages. I can link it to another point in my Pages document but I just need the text to pop up - not take the reader to another location. THANK YOU!!!!!!

How can I create a Forms9i Runtime for client distribution

Currently we have an application developed in Forms 5.0.6.8.0 our Database has been upgraded to 9i DB. The application is working fine with this combination but we want to upgrade Forms in order to get Oracle Support. We just get the Developer Suite 9i package and we're trying to test our application with this software.
How can I create the client runtime for Forms 9i?
My application will work with Win 95 and 98?

Oracle9i Forms is web-only. Forms 6i is the last release of Forms to have client/server and character mode.
You can test Forms from the Builder by installing iDS. To deploy Forms using iAS follow the documentation. It's all there in the deployment guide.
