Double click on the clip to load it into the Viewer. Click on the MOTION TAB. Look down at the CROP options....crop to your hearts content.

I am developing communication between Controller(cFP2101), Computer( having XP and Lab view 8.5) & IO rack (1808). I have all things on ethernet and also on serial communication too. I want to switch from one mode of communication to other mode when there is falt on any one network.
For Example:
my Ethernet cable is failed then I want to shift all my communication on serial communication and vice versa.

Thank you for the question. The best way to avoid this behavior would be to delete the music video from your library. You can always download it again free by accessing your previous purchases. To delete and item in your iTunes library, select the item and hit delete on your keyboard.

How can I reinstate/bring back the play trait after blocking it?

I'm using version 1.0 of OSMF.
I block a bunch of traits while pre-loading another video:
traitsToBlock=new Vector.<String>();
traitsToBlock.push(MediaTraitType.LOAD);
traitsToBlock.push(MediaTraitType.PLAY);
traitsToBlock.push(MediaTraitType.SEEK);
super.blockedTraits=traitsToBlock;
When the other video loads I try to bring back the full set of traits with:
blockedTraits=new Vector.<String>();
and I see the following - because a new video has been loaded
added trait audio
added trait buffer
added trait time
added trait displayObject
But I never see the playTrait.
How can I reinstate/bring back the play trait?

Reasons why you might not see the PlayTrait being re-added include:
- your ProxyElement previously called addTrait with a PlayTrait of its own
- the proxiedElement doesn't have a PlayTrait (i.e. it's not playable media)
If neither case applies, please post a complete, small, runnable sample with source that demonstrates the problem.

I don't know how to mark a clip the way you want without adding an audio clip and putting in markers and then splitting the clip. You would think that hitting M would be the logical way to do things, but...
But, one can just click before the place one wants to edit, hit the spacebar and hit it again when the exact place is reached. Then go to the clip menu and click split clip. That works, but one really needs to keep the cursor out of both the timeline and the event browser, or the place in the timeline gets changed..
Are you really still using iMovie 08? That drove me nuts...a year later iMovie 09 came out with some needed improvements, and iMovie 11 with its audio adjustments is even better.
Personally, I edit iMovie with kind of a meat axe. I grab whole chunks of video and put it into the project, then edit the ends to get the frame I want. I got too frustrated otherwise.

TS3999 In MONTH, (PC) iCal only clearly lists 2 items a day. The 3rd item is "faded" and bottom portion cut off, w/ a "more" triangle in the lower-right corner. How can I expand (vertically) so the 3rd line posts clearly, and ONLY shows "more" if 4+ event

The aspect ratio should be set to 200x280, or equivalently 5x7.
I don't think it is possible to do the cropping automatically in Lightroom, you'd have to do this image by image to crop the faces correctly.

I have had some luck doing the following: Export each clip from imovie as a quicktime clip. Open iDVD and create a new project. Import a few stills into iDVD and then click on the button that gets created to get into the screen where the individual slides appear. Drag each quicktime into that screen and arrange in the order you want. You can then delete the stills. The button that appeared when you dropped in the stills will launch a complete show.

How can I fine tune what the Crop Tool crops (page, not image)?

When cropping a page using the Crop Tool, it seems to snap to preset dimensions, so that I can't crop to exactly the area I want to crop.

I did... and that fixed it... thanks!
